The shop units are rarely empty for very long except when they are being refitted, there are now more seating areas and the public toilets are clean and easily accessible.
All in all, still the best shopping centre in the area and it is all under cover for shopping, say for a brief walk from one area to another.
Loads of places to get coffee and refreshments, even some decent restaurants within walking distance.
Parking in the multi-storey car park, beyond the John Lewis store is really handy, with good sized spaces and very walkable.

Never seen facilities like it! There were bottle warmers, private areas for breastfeeding and baby changing. The quiet rooms and calm zones were great. The downsides were that there were only one set of toilets. It's a massive shopping centre, and at times there was a twenty minute walk to the toilets. Should be toilets dotted around. Also, it was quite cold as when walking, you change from being in the centre to out in the open.
