It's a mall....it has shops....it does its job: what I'm going to review here is parking. There is an attached car park for cars, which is nicely accessible and although expensive, is clean and I've never had any issues parking my car there. There are also loos when the mall is open. You can pay with cash or card and if you forget to pay you can pay at the barriers by card too - dead easy. Today I went by motorcycle. There is a motorcycle parking bay in the car park which is free to use, meaning your bike is in the dry. You do have to take a ticket and go up the ramp, but it's no big deal - exit is then free. Depending on how busy it is, there are possible points where a 'bike could be chained to a railing too. That said I think security is of a typically good standard with CCTV. Over the summer I've also cycled to the mall. There are good lockable cycle parking spots very close by - either at the roundabout outside or just a few meters down the pedestrian street. All in all, using your own transport to get there is well supported be it car, motorcycle...

A great mall with lots of shops to choose from which made it feel like there was something for everyone. It had some beautiful artwork on the first floor wall by the toilets and lovely festive decorations. (The angel wings were a real hit and we made sure to get a picture of my daughter in front of them!)

This mall boasts a brilliant disabled toilet with excellent facilities including a height-adjustable sink and a hoist! The mall also has 2 lifts and I'd say it's quite disabled-friendly if you do not need staff assistance.

We did have a few issues including the WiFi not working in some of the stores and the prize every time claw machine not working properly. Initially, it was not giving any prize despite 5 or 6 attempts and we found it hard to find a member of staff who worked at the mall. When we did manage to find someone, they said they were unable to help and that we should call the number on the machine however there wasn't one. The machine eventually worked for us though so all was...

Parked here to attend a work meeting in another office as I don't live locally. Shame that Wilko has closed as walking through here, I couldn't see any shops that I would come here specifically to go to other than maybe TKMaxx. One of the lifts was broken which meant we had to walk with the pram to the other side of the shopping centre to get to the 2nd floor of the car park. VERY friendly young man (I assume a security guard?) walked us to the working lift though and took the time to make conversation. I didn't get his name but he was a young bloke with braids who mentioned he had a young daughter. Would be nice if he got recognised for this fantastic service as he is the only reason this is getting a 4 star rather than a 3. Baby changing facilities by car park were also really good. Normally only 1 baby changing unit available but there were 3 rooms so we didn't have to wait to...

Broad Street Mall is a shopping center located in the town of Reading, Berkshire, in the United Kingdom. The mall was opened in 1971 and has since undergone several refurbishments to modernize its facilities and improve the shopping experience for its customers. The mall is home to over 60 shops and restaurants, including popular retailers such as Primark, Boots, and Wilko, as well as a range of independent businesses. It also features a food court and a cinema. Broad Street Mall is conveniently located in the town center, making it easily accessible by public transportation. It is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, and serves as a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area

Broad Street mall is a quirky little mall on the edge of Reading Town centre. I don't think I'd visit much, except the car park is usually less busy and more convenient than the Oracle. If you do use the car park, beware that the lanes going up are amazingly tight, and the ceiling height amazingly low. Good luck not scraping a wheel rim! The top level (open air) is where I park because its less busy and the parking spaces seem bigger. The shops are an odd collection, TK Maxx is always worth a quick browse, and Superdrug is there, otherwise generally a mix of non-high-street shops, and a barbers.
