Dakota Event Center — Attraction in Aberdeen Township

If you're going to do an event in Aberdeen this is the place to do it! The Dakota Event Center is perfectly located next to plenty of shopping and restaurants. As an Entertainer it's a extremely convenient load in and there is plenty of clean power right in the staging area so it's never an issue during performance. The Event Center is still fairly new so it looks great and it smells great and the Acoustics in there are phenomenal. You don't need a ton of volume to keep the Dance Floor hot while people in the seating area can still have normal conversation. the staff there is friendly and professional and always ready to help if anything is needed. I highly recommend this facility if you're planning an event in the Aberdeen area! -Joey Cazanova, WOW!...

Was here 01/26/19 for the Steel Heart and Firehouse concert. Some group opened for them. This was a first time for me at this venue. I felt it was very good. They way they let the crowd flow in and out. The bathroom was exquisite for a venue like this very nice sinks. The bars were well staffed. The sound and acoustics were good. This place was clean. We had a cheaper ticket for this event. We were in the back portion of the event. Nice lighting. I was impressed. I like how this was connected to the hotel and the steak house. Glad I made the trip....

We held our wedding reception at the DEC, and it was such a great experience! Alyssa was great to work with, she was so helpful every step of the way! The venue was so nice, very clean! Food was great, and the staff cleaning up and running the bar were very pleasant and efficient....
