Tokyo Sushi & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Our family of four went to have Hibachi the day after Thanksgiving. We went a little later than lunchtime (around 2pm) so the Hibachi area had kind of cleared out. But it was cozy/intimate just with our family. The server was amazing at taking our order... we all chose "lunch Hibachi" which, depending on your protein was SO affordable around $10 to $14 a person. Like, you can't hardly get a McDonald's meal for that! Our cheif TJ was hilarious and put on quite a show for us...our two teens had never had Hibachi before so it was such a treat!! TJ's fried rice was something out of this world...delicious...It was made with Love! Service was spectacular...and a very warm and inviting restaurant. I wish we had this restaurant in southern Minnesota! Thank you so much for making our kids' first Hibachi experience a 10...

There are other Asian style places in town, they're ok, this is amazing. My new favorite place. Can't recommend enough. The staff is very polite the hibachi always looks like a great time ( the cool area where everyone sits around the cool and they toss some food for you to catch in your mouth. ) I don't have the guts to sit on that side but there is a bar, and booths to sit at. There is a kids menu and if a fair amount of food for them at about $12 plus drink. So I can get pricey quick. We can't go as much as I want because for the 4 ( and I alone am about $22 of that, I like expensive stuff I guess. )of us with tip is about $70 - 75. I know if we didn't all want something different we could get that down, but I love to eat and there are always...

There sushi wasn't made according to the menu. My volcano roll tasted like they used can tuna for the spicy tuna which was spiced unlike I'd ever seen before. My Aberdeen roll has tuna on top of it rather than spicy tuna like it indicated on the menu. Yes they have a great deal for mon-thur where you buy 2 rolls and get a 3rd for free but that definitely didn't make up for the mess up. My son and husband ordered the hibachi and that was good. My sushi also didn't arrive until the chef was wrapping up their meal. The restaurant wasn't busy so im not sure what took so long. The other couple at our table ordered before we sat down and there sushi arrived...
