We had been customers for two years, went in multiple times never had a problem great customer service and were always happy to help. These last two times disappointed me quite a bit and I will be switching providers. I was helped by employees Jeremiah who I hadn’t been helped by yet he’s very rude and showed racist behavior, any time I’d translate he’d make ugly faces at me and my family, the first time I was helped by him he was so rude but Rick stepped and was great he got my problem solved and was very patient. Today we got sent in there by customer support we had been avoiding going in due to how we were treated by Jeremiah, he ended up helping us again I explained to him the situation to which he responded “I guess I can do that” I was looking around and was just about to ask if we could wait for Rick or the other guy who had helped us before when Rick who was helping another customer stepped in and said we don’t do cancelations in store I tried explaining to him what was happening with in one minute of trying, he kicked us out because he said “he didn’t want to deal with my attitude today” I was honestly just trying to explain that customer service told us to come in super disappointing and sad to see how the Spanish community gets...

Read moreI had gotten my phone from this store about a week ago. They had sold me a screen protector and not even a week later my phone had slipped out of my hand from about 6 inches off of the ground and busted the corner. I took it in to see what they could do to replace it and their policy was to replace it for 50% off. I went to the AT&T store in the mall and they told me it should be under warranty and should be replaced for free. They also asked who would have sold me a screen protector for an S8 because they tend to pop off and it wasn't a good idea. I told the lady in this store what the one in the mall said and she said there was nothing she could do. Didn't try to help me out at all. Will definitely not do business there again.
