Please Read Most Recent Reviews Not just Mine⭐ 6/25/25 1 star ⭐I couldn't sleep and still feeling pain from bad/ incomplete full body massage. Learn from my pain. If you have an massage therapist and she's hurting you and you ask her to buy less pressure and she laughs immediately get up from the table put your robe on and go to the front desk and demand a different masseuse or schedule at another time. Also if you have a person they can engage and basic conversation and stays too long and one area of the body and the voids giving you a full body massage You need to let management know. Also before you book find out who your massage therapist is and ask how many years of experience they have. Experience matters. I trusted they would give me a good massage therapist and that was an epic fail. Read the reviews to know who's the best massage therapist and proceed with the people that have the best recommendations. Which would be more than a single recommendation. I am still in pain a day after visiting this spa because the person kept pressing on bone was not massaging tissue stayed in areas too long and didn't even complete a full body massage.If we weren't still in the heat wave I would go back and fill out an incident report but I'm going to wait until it cools down. 6/24/25- 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐(Usually 5 stars) I treated my mom to the spa and she's never had a massage before She had a wonderful massage therapist named Tracey. I didn't have the same experience My mom bragged about having her face massage feet massage neck massage. However, these were all areas that my massage therapist avoided. I even had to ask her to stop pressing so hard because it was painful. This was my third massage at Heaven SPA.This time was interesting no hip flexor no neck or face massage and had to request my feet to be massaged in the last 4 minutes. There was very little attention to hands and she kept pressing on bones that hurt instead of doing deep tissue so I'm not sure if the masseuse knew where the pressure points were. Also, it was hard to relax because initially the massage hurt because it was directly on the bone. I didn't get a full body massage and it was painful. I'm in pain 5 hours after my service 😔. I know who to request in the future. Must use Juanita or Tracey as a massage therapist for a good experience. February 2022- Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience. The Combination Massage was perfect to release tension and stress while targeting problem areas. My neck, back and hips have never felt better. I highly recommend this self-care experience on repeat. I’m writing this review one month later because I’m still waiting for a call from the day spa owner. On 11/23/24, I came in with another person for a deep tissue massage and paid close to $175 per massage. For that price, I expected a state of the art salon. Instead, what I received were inexperienced massage therapists, rooms which were not sound proof, incredibly dirty changing rooms with moldy showers (with cleaning buckets sitting right out of them) and finally, the icing on the cake was the incredibly rude manager, Larry. I called the salon after my appointment to express my concerns. Larry offered to rebook me , but why would I want to go back to such an insanitary place and asked instead for a refund. Larry said we can not do that then became hostile, rude, ignorant and defensive when I asked for the owner to call me. I also work in customer service and told me him I would never speak to my customers like that then he proceeded to hang up on me.

I waited 30 days for the owner to call me and nothing. This use to be a highly regarded day spa. No idea what happened, but I warn you before going here and spending a great deal of money on an experience which is less than ideal.

I came with my mom and sister because it was my mom’s birthday. I booked a Thai massage, my mom and sister both got a Swedish, and my mom got a facial. My mom said she loved her facial. She says she will be back for that.

We all felt that our massages were ok. My Thai massage was ok but I’ve had better. While we were getting changed, there’s one bathroom in the same area. My sister saw one of the employees use the restroom and did not hear her wash her hands. The sink is across the room from the toilet so once the toilet flushed, she came right out. Both my sister and I were unable to relax in our massages because the entire time, I’m thinking “Is my lady the one who didn’t wash her hands?” And my sister is sure that it was her massage therapist who didn’t. But we didn’t get to discuss that before starting our services which is why i was questioning if it were mine.

The receptionist discounted our services after I notified her, however I wasn’t looking for any type of discount. I’d rather feel comfortable that my service provider is cleanly.

I probably would not come back. But I’m glad my mom enjoyed her facial...
