A super great location situated between East Oak Lane, West Oak Lane, and Cheltenham Township, which gives residents an option to choose from the everyday department store – to the more verse shopping that Burlington offers. I have always loved and enjoyed the extensive selection of the men’s department.
I really have grown to appreciate this department/clothing store – since relocating back to the Philadelphia area, since residing in the southern region – there is no finer shopping solution – compared to shopping in the northeast Burlington Coat Factory stores.
Pros: Many discounted items to choose from; ranging from men’s cologne, women’s perfume, health and beauty items – aiding people that deal with problematic skin issues, and for any person seeking homeopathic healing bath therapy.
BCF also offers some of the best prices where deep discount deals are concerned.
BCF is best in the city and PA BCF outlets for holiday shopping enthusiast.
Cons: Often time’s cashiers are and become overwhelmed in busy times, some cashiers are friendly and cordial, and others are not friendly at all, which adds to the shopping experience – either it is “The Good the Bad and the Ugly.”
I personally feel that this BCF location needs more staff to service customers, especially those whose time is focused on time...
Read moreThis was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, and I left feeling disrespected and racially discriminated against by the manager, Asia.
I picked out nine pieces of clothing and two toys. The first cashier started scanning while talking on the phone, then suddenly stopped halfway, spoke with the manager, canceled my entire transaction, and told me to go to another register — with no explanation or apology. I had to carry all my items back myself. At the second register, cashier Kaitlin rang everything up, but I noticed one item was charged twice. She explained that one item had no tag, so she scanned another similar one twice — but the prices weren’t the same! I had seen the $9.99 tag before, likely removed with the sensor by the first cashier. Kaitlin confirmed the price difference and was about to fix it until the Manager stopped her. The Manager took the item away, came back with another identical one showing $9.99, yet she charged $10.99, claiming “different sizes have different prices.” When I asked to see the tag, she didn’t. Then she refunded me in coins instead of a dollar bill, even though bills were visible in the drawer! Her attitude was cold, rude, and dismissive the entire time. I will never...

The building has been cleaned up and reorganized and it's very bright and refreshing to be in all parts of the building.
There is a professional and phenomenal worker. Her name begins with a "KH". She was so friendly on my shopping trip being ready to answer a few questions on my search and offering a quick conversation that just added to her customer service.
This is what I look for in stores- merchandise, customer service, attention, organization, cleanliness and temperature... No one wants to shop if it's too hot or too cold.
This store has ALL OF THE POINTS!!!
I MOST CERTAINLY will be returning to look at others sections for I was on a time constraint but I recommend 10/10.
Furthermore, there was an excellent young gentleman with braids that checked me out ( I didn't see his name tag) and he was very attentive with great customer service as well. Please give both of these people a raise, recognition and praise because I know dealing with the public is not easy, but did these two to handle this job with such...
