Just received my burrito tonight from this particular Qdoba restaurant. Not at all satisfied with the results of my food. The number one issue comes from the poorly seasoned food. Who thinks it's a good idea to add bland ingredients into a burrito? Also, the tomatoes were way too thick to be placed into a burrito. Whoever sliced the tomatoes shouldn't be allowed to do so anymore, to be honest. Tomatoes for burritos, tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls should be diced! Also, my burrito for some really odd reason arrived with two tortillas around the ingredients of my burrito. Um, why? Really.... why? Won't be ordering from this Qdoba anymore. Better to order from Center City or the one located around Temple University.
I hope the corporate workers of Qdoba understand the importance of reviews given by customers on behalf of Qdoba. Looking at recent reviews at this particular Qdoba restaurant, it appears that plenty of customers have been dissatisfied with the service given by the workers here. Unless if corporate doesn't care about the money being made at this branch, it's probably a good idea to take action on the behalf of the workers. Occasionally, the reviews of customers set the standard for how many future customers will arrive...
Read moreThis location has the worse food and the worse employees. The food is garbage! Like who prepares this food? Seriously!! The food is never fresh! The food that I received was burnt, dry and taste as if had been sitting all day and I went to lunch at 1:00pm. I ordered an impossible bowl. Why was it served burnt and lukewarm with too much cilantro? If I order what is displayed on the display board, why are you asking me what do I want in it? Don’t you know what’s on the display board that you have posted? If I don’t want something in it that’s posted, I know how to open my mouth to say I don’t want it! Where do you get these employees from? Oh and the one employee (Hispanic woman with glasses) who I’ve seen there on several occasions, what is up with her attitude? Whatever happen to service with a smile..not an attitude, as if we’re infringing on her time. You chose that job! So if you have an attitude because you don’t like the job and what it entails then you should find somewhere else to work. I had stopped going to Qdoba for a while but I will never go there again, ever! A waste of my money...
Read moreCame here sunday 10/16 at 1;30pm. There was a woman there who was so rude to her younger coworker multiple times in front of patrons. The ingredients also did not look very fresh and I did not like how you couldn't see the toppings from the window. The new birria is alright, nothing to rave about. The young man who helped me was pleasant and doing his job until the woman (who was either a coworker or some type of management it seemed like) snapped at him and was just condescending. Tasteless and classless. Also the bowl was so overpriced ($15) and the tortilla bowl did not taste fresh and crispy like it should. Overall, the woman mainly ruined this experience for me. I knew that I should have gone to chipotle but was lured in by the new birria promotion. I have had Qdoba before and it is really not bad, but location is everything. Will not be visiting this location again, I hope that management sees this and has a stern talk with this woman about her attitude and behavior that I observed in the less than 10 minutes that I was in there because it makes patrons uncomfortable to...
