Clean, organized., staff so wonderful and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Like JESS omg she's so sweet I asked where I could find a garbage can As I was crouching down with my son and she immediately over at our side asked if I was okay and if my baby was .... I explained I was giving him a banana cuz he was cranky and her hand was immediately out and said I will take that up for you She took our garbage banana peel to throw herself instead of me having to do one more task with a tired cranky toddler and my hands full of crafting supplies my toddler not allow me to put in a basket I was still having to push with his stroller And him not even in it. It was really wonderful to have someone show that kindness and compassion to Mom with a toddler Who hasn't been out much and other places he has been he's NEVER been to Michael's.... so the humongous craft lettering had him out of his mind...just could not believe Those little letters he once knew so small and easy to manipulate 0 So easily too throw into the toilet could be so humongous and intimidating but also intriguing so he just.... he went Savage 🤣 omg such wonderful people ...wonderful ....store great prices..❤️❤️❤️ I really hope Jess gets the recognition that she...

Called the store to ask if they had a deep cut housing for a cricut. Mind you I have been to the store after work to see if they had it. Didn’t see it stocked walked out. (That was Saturday) I called today (Wednesday)asking if they had it so it wouldn’t be another waste of time going out there. I don’t understand the attitude that I got. I’m just asking if you carried it so I didn’t have to go to the same store and I could go to the Kennesaw location. If you are not a morning person don’t work in the morning! Got the same at Kennesaw when I called them. I had asked if they had it and the lady goes I can’t look I have a line growing....then why can’t you ask someone to look? It really can’t be just you working at the store. I have no idea what is going on but customer service is a zero. So now I’m back...

Frames for DIY and Aaron Brothers custom framing. Painting and canvas. Needlework. Yarn. Children's crafts. Seasonal flowers, crafts, and home decor. If what you need is not available for in-store shopping, you can order online and get it sent to the store for pickup. The store is neat, clean and well stocked.
