Whack. I bought a vape. It had a defect. The rubber plug snapped off when going to unseal for the first time and became stuck in the vape. They said it was “user error” and would not even consider swapping it out for me. Didn’t want a refund. Just a swap. They basically said oh well and don’t seem to care about a negative review. This item probably costs them $20 and they wouldn’t swap even though it was an issue with manufacturing. Rubber is imperfect and it very well could have been a compromised piece. They would rather turn my future business away than do what is right and just swap a defective product that I bought from them about an hour before. Joke of an operation. I hope the owners of this establishment knows the district manager would rather eat a negative review then swap a defective $20 product for what would be a loyal customer. 0 stars.
