I had a great experience at this shop. Devin was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. I also got to try a lot of flavors until I found what I liked.

To be honest, Devin is the only reason why I'm not giving the store 1 star. I originally gave it 5 stars, then I went home and started to use the product, and it was defective.

The store's policies apparently will not let me return a defective product that they sold me even though it was within a couple hours that I brought it back in. The product had actually already been opened and was a floor model which is seems pretty more upsetting that I can't return/exchange it.

I replaced the coil with the extra one with which it comes, and the oozing was less, but the vape still leaks enough to where it's very annoying having to wipe off my hands after using it.

I have to now go through Voopoo's warranty process after having used the product for a couple hours, and I know that's going to be a pain and takes weeks-- probably at least a month. That's a lot of hassle when the store that sold me it and should have policies that respect their customers and stand by guaranteeing the quality of the products that they sell.

I would potentially consider going back to buy juice just because Devin's customer service is on point, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy any...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this store on June 17, 2025, around 7:00 PM (or slightly earlier). The experience was incredibly disappointing. The employee who was working was extremely rude and unfriendly for no clear reason. I really didn't get it. I had driven over 20 miles to get there, so I went ahead and bought two items totaling over $50. Because I drove that long otherwise, I would have literally walked out.

I have read other reviews and it seems like there are some polite staff members, so maybe I was just unlucky to deal with this particular person today. Still, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Just be aware before you go.

At the end of the interaction, I asked her name, because I was going to make google review and I think she noticed that. She hesitated and mumbled something like “Amy” or “Amny” — I couldn’t catch it clearly, and she didn’t seem comfortable giving it.

I was looking for a place I could go to on a regular basis since I just moved to this area. They literally lost a customer....

All competing vape stores need to use these guys as a quality standard. I have been visiting this location for almost 2 years and the quality of service has always been consistent. Their excellent staff have always made sure that all costumers get treated with upmost respect, not to mention the pricing is astoundingly good. I always compare online prices with in-store and it's seriously impressive and by that I mean the mark-up is low. Prices on e-liquids are really good as well and there's always brand name stuff on the discount bin (that's how I got acquainted wish Nasty Juice) and their house brands are really tasty. I would highly suggest their pear apple crumble... It's spot on!
