This place deserves no stars. A woman in her mid 60's by the name Suzette (the owner) Appeared to be rude and racist. I came into the store for the very first time with my elementary student son looking for some nice not too warn out used furniture that we could put in our new place. i was reffered to this store personally from a private resource.As soon as i began to look around she starred at everything i looked at as if it wasn't good enough for me. then things got way akward she started to follow me then came up to me saying how about this and how about that. At first i thought she was being helpful until everything she picked up or pointed out to me was worn out stained and should have been trashed. i was offended and didnt know how to deal with this type of person.It was if she would pry me away from even the decent affordable furniture that i was interested in and she wanted to bring me to the worstest furniture to get rid of it throwing it off on me. i was offended upset and didnt know how to handle the situation. i was able to remain in the store calmly because i already spent gas to get there and i was able to pick out the decent few furniture items that i had came for. I took pics of the items that i picked out before leaving the store because my items were arranged to be delivered that weekend. i was very happy with my choices although it wasnt many choices. the things i picked out was very very affordable. Kate a lady in her mid 40's the owners co worker put tags on the furniture with my name on it. she also made me feel uncomfortable and tried pressuring me to pick out things that seemed like they were just trying to get rid of stained dirty pet hair cat pee items. i was very offended because ima clean decent person. I went home 2 days later the furniture was delivered to me. i knew right away that something looked off and something was not right. i was crushed upset. the same love seat that these two rude unhumane people were trying to sale me to get rid of that i had respectfully said no to that it was not my style and i also mentioned that it was stained, it was sent to my home and they switched the pillows that i wanted from the nice loveseat that i picked out to the nasty one that they wanted to get rid of. i never felt so disrespected. i called immedialety when the delivery drivers arrived and spoke to Kate and Suzette and they said its the same chair when i had pics and knew that it wasnt she argued with me and was nasty saying so what you got a loveseat. but this was not the one i purchased. Very nasty people. It was my first and last time ever seeing these nasty rude folks again. i pray someone else catches...

I am deeply disappointed with my experience just now. Two women were talking, I politely interrupted to ask for a price and the one sitting on the counter (older Caucasian woman with short grey hair) looked me up and down and didn’t respond. While the other woman (shorter Caucasian woman with a brownish bob cut) got smart with me and said I don’t know what you’re talking about, as I was only pointing in a general direction (mildly understandable but the way it was said was incredibly rude) … this place will only get two stars because the person that checked me out was kind (Caucasian woman with purple hair) otherwise I’d give it one or zero …. I mean if you don’t want black people in your establishment, I’d say put that on a sign outside so I know where my money is not welcomed. Very very disgusted...

I went in to look for a small kitchen table. I saw a table I really liked, it was $500+ for the table set with 2 chairs. I asked the women in the front ‘what’s the lowest the table set can be sold’, the lady didn’t even bother to get up our her chair or look up from the computer and told me that they already lowered the price a couple of times then she asked the other lady, what’s the price of the table set… I was waiting for a response to my actual question or if they were willing to lower the price or something but they just ignored me!!!! Horrible!!! I will never go there again, they have horrible customer service for not even bother to look at...
