Nuyu Medspa — Attraction in Albuquerque

Impressed is a complete understatement about this establishment. I was completely blown away by the incredible service I received as a first time client and I definitely plan on returning for more services! From the moment I walked in my friend and I were greeted with kindness and professionalism by the woman working the front desk. I was seen right away at my appointment time (which as a mother of 4 is a very big deal because me time is very limited) the assistant that brought me back was wonderful kind and thorough throughout my initial exam questionnaire. When Maria came in she was wonderful, gentle, patient, kind, and honest. I’ve been getting Botox for about 8+ years now and I can definitely say that this was by far the best experience I have received in New Mexico, I live in Santa Fe and now I actually have reason to come to Albuquerque for day trips. Overall 10/10 the office was organized, clean, and welcoming. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My mom, my sister in law and I went in for Botox treatment. We all get Botox every 3 months and we decided to give Nuyu a try. Every time we have gotten Botox we typically see results after 3-5 days, in this case we were not seeing anything at all. We decided to give it a whole week since that is the recommended time period. After a whole week we were still seeing no difference at all. We called to make a follow up appointment, went in and the lady who injected the Botox told us she noticed she had injected us with the wrong stuff and she had diluted the product. Then she proceeded to talk to the owner and the owner said they had in fact diluted the product and they had done this by “accident”. They offered to inject more and “fix” it for us. Then they told us that they dilute the product because older people prefer it that way which is absurd because my sister in law and I are both 27 years old so I don’t understand what she means by this.
