My email: So, I go to Oasis pretty regularly. I drive over an hour and a half to get there, as I live in Magdalena, NM. I go for the good prices and have never had a bad bud tender or experience. I went to the Menaul Location on Saturday. I always go for the same thing, at least one prepackaged ounce $65 and a couple 5 for 20 and maybe a couple other small goodies. I always get an ounce, as it lasts me a week and it makes the drive worth it. And ounce at my local dispensary is $130. I asked the budtender for the prepacked ounce special y'all usually have and he showed me two buds. I picked one. I'm absolutely positive I asked for an ounce as I never get less. I didn't check my bag before leaving as I've never had a negative experience from Oasis. I got home, an hour and a half away, and pulled out the bulk ounce I asked for, to realize the gentleman only gave me a half an ounce. Im not sure if he gave me the wrong flower or he sold me the half ounce for $65? Either way, I'm super stressed and all out of sorts because I dose at least 4 grams a day and this wasn't worth my trip or money to drive to Albuquerque to get a half ounce for almost $80 with tax. I could've got that in Socorro, respectfully. Please let me know if there's anything that can be done about this. I'm a regular customer that spends at least $100 every visit. Oasis is my Albuquerque dispensary, and I would like it to continue being. My DOB is //** if you need to to pull up my profile. âşď¸ Thank you.

So, while it is evident that our budtender misunderstood and/or made a mistake. You were not charged for a full ounce. We will be reaching out to the budtender to remind them that our guest's orders need to be read back to them, before a card is charged or cash is accepted to ensure this situation doesn't repeat itself.
We've also made a note within your account to offer you a FREE OCC "GAS" brand preroll of your choosing on your next visit.    Read moreI had a great experience here. So I ended up having a few hiccups. First, I used my passport rather than my out of state license which created some confusion when I had present my New Mexico Reciprocity card. Which, was not being accepted in the system even though everything was right. I even tried to log into the New Mexico State Portal but it kept telling me it was invalidâŚ.but it wasnât. It wasnât till later that I remembered when I first got my Med card hearing that the person who did it mentioned it was sweet that it worked the first time.
Anyway, I ended up going on a day when the almost the entire store was pretty much 40% off and after 45 minutes, I was ready to just pay the tax and go. HOWEVER, the manger came out and because of all the trouble, he gave me the Make it Right discount which ended up saving me the entirety of the tax minus $5. A+ for just that.
