Paradise Salon & Spa — Attraction in Albuquerque

I was saddened to hear the slander that Nicole Jackson directed to the "Manicurist on the far left of the entry"😢. The very first time I went to Paradise was on October 07, 2018. And the same mentioned Manicurist on the far left was the one who did my manicure. Absolutely loved my nails, the work the mentioned Manicurist on the far left of the entry had done, the smile the Manicurist on the far left of the entry, kept on my face the entire time of the visit. The patience she had when i wasn't sure of what I wanted. Due to me getting my nails done, but once a year😄, I had no clue. She had suggestions/ ideas, patience, and the best attitude that I had ever experienced in a nail salon. Honestly. Ever✨. After that, it took another cool minute, ( a long time) for me to get my nails done again, just because I wasn't the nail type of person. But, finally, I went to another salon where they could not do what I showed I wanted in the picture. But when I went back to Paradise Salon & Spa, to my amazement, my nails came out better than the photo( not done by the Manicurist on the far left of the entry, but done by her Boss). I was hooked. Every single month, I now go and get my nails done by the Manicurist on the far left of the entry. We have such a great time. Tatiana ❤💕( the Manicurist on the far left of the entry) is amazing, and I thank her for being a special person in my world. So I am hoping that Nicole was not insinuating that Tatiana is not used to interacting with people of color( black people), because we seem to get along just fine. Lets stop racism. They will hook your nails up despite the color of your skin. Thank you Paradise❣🌹 A customer for life😆💋 I've attached a few photos....

I went to this salon Bec I wanted to save money and try out somewhere new. I told them I was new and looking for a new salon. (Plus mine are really easy... short short bc my nails crack but I don't want to bang them) ANYWAYS, They gave me to a lady who was too concerned with talk. Talking is nice but my nails have bubbles, are not painted all the way, and see the side where she just put acrylic over dirty spots!?! She was done in thirty minutes!! Not surprised. I asked how much over the phone. They said 30 for a refill. I asked her how much more it would be for color tips she said 5. So it came out to be 53.88 with cash and thats without the tip..??. How? I wanted to pay cash. I didn't see all this until my husband said something!! and then I saw it two days later when my glasses came in the mail. *They have the magnifying glass..tell me something? Is that what paradise nails passes off for a satisfactory job in their eyes??? **"Lumpy, half painted, sealed in dirt, and just plain embarrassing. I could've done a way better job myself. Thank you for inspiring me to do...

Being an out of towner……Not from ABQ. I thought I’d find a place for future visits. The moment I walked in. No one was Freindly. No hello. No welcome! I immediately looked for the color of polish I wanted. I only wanted a basic pedicure. I made it clear what I wanted. The lady kept insisting to get the deluxe package. I had to tell her 3 time I didn’t have the time and I wanted basic.

The water she put was extremely hot. I keep telling her it was too hot. She kept telling me to put my foot in. Numerous time I told her I could not keep my feet in that water. She didn’t want to cool the water. So I waited for a good while until it was somewhat tolerable. Before she started to paint my nails I selected another color. The fact that I changed my mind on the color upset her. I could feel more cold reaction.

These days business hurt for client you would think the treatment would have been better. I was not happy...
