James Driver All-Inclusive Park — Attraction in Aldine

I was blown away with the layout of this park along with free parking...say what!! They had hammocks ya'll despite the fake grass u on. Skate boarding section, array of swings along with slides. Hold up there's more and my 3yr went absolutely nuts when she saw the water spouting out the ground. She had the best time & did not want to leave. Only part I did not appreciate were the kids on there bikes riding thru areas that were congested with little kids and not paying attention to what they were doing. Stay on the bike path & stop cutting thru areas that u don't belong in. It had to b my child who gets clipped by a child on their bikes going thru the water spouts. One would think that child would of stopped & helped my daughter up but that wasn't the case cuz the boy never bothered to look back. Maybe it was her bloody screams that deterred him from at least acknowledging ya just ran into my child. Not here to pass judgement nor to say I am that perfect parent. All I ask is teach ur kids some manors and parents pay attention to what they r doing. We all want to enjoy the park and not have that good time turn into a tragedy that could of been avoided. The park is awesome, but the maintenance staff is very rude. I have a son with disabilities and we parked in the parking lot off of the freeway feeder due to it's located right next to park and for safety of my son who will run off and much faster than me. We were there for 20mins when maintenance staff rode up to us and asked if I had parked in the parking lot when I answered him yes I was told that that parking lot was not open to the public and that I needed to leave or I would be towed. I was parked in a handicap spot and I have a handicap tag the gate was open when I drove in and there were other cars in the parking lot as well. When I asked why we are not allowed to park in that parking lot when we have handicapped children and they're handicapped faces and they are the gate was open I was told that that parking lot is not for the public and we are not allowed...

I discovered this park the other day not even trying to.

The park has two different parks on the same site.

The one park that I was trying to go to was being occupied by a lot of people playing basket ball guys really which is ok but not while I was by myself.

I then noticed that they had added on this other side to the park.

so I decided to go over there and give it a try. I really enjoyed myself!!!

They had hammocks so I got in one to read and I studied for a little while while there. I decided to use my time to relax and kick back also. I loved it!! I will be going back. I will tell my friends. I will bring my family maybe even my dog one day. I love this newfound gem that I can go to that's close to my house. I really do love it and I feel special because it's kind of ducked off and maybe not too many people know about it. Well now maybe...
