Yall are one of the last Sonics in Houston. We are so sad that the customer service there was just so horrible today. We were trying to order and the young girl kept smacking her lips and huffing everytime she said is that all... ok I get it it's lunch time there's a rush but don't be rude. Then we didn't get a total she just said go to the window. We get there and still no total after we asked for it she just snatched our card 😒 there is no reason to be that way. We did nothing to this little girl. Geeze I checked my bank and saw the charge for $24 so we wanted to know why 2 meals was so high. We kept asking for a receipt looking her dead in her face asking for the receipt and she just stood there with her mouth open. Finally after damn near crawling in the window and saying excuse me can I get a receipt the manager walks over and the girl went to the back of the store manager kindly explained to use the charges we asked her for a receipt and the girl walks over telling us her whole system is messed up and she can't. How hard was that to say the first time we asked for one and just explain the charges to us. We haven't eaten out in a while we just didn't expect for it to be that high that was all. Now we remember why we don't eat out. People now a days just don't give that customer service like they used to. Or they feel like they don't have to do certain parts of their job. Read moreI would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a blast and two sundaes through the app. They were supposed to be ready around 2:57 p.m. So, I headed over and checked in at a stall just as they instructed me. A message appeared on the screen saying my order was getting ready. Five minutes passed, then ten, then fifteen...nothing. I called the store, but no one answered. I then pressed the red button, and someone told me my order was coming out. Immediately after this, a message on the screen said my order was on its way. Guess what? Fifteen more minutes passed and nothing again. An employee was headed my way, and I thought she had my order but no. She delivered an order to the car next to me. I waved at her, and she came to my car. I explained I had been waiting for thirty minutes already. She went inside, and someone else delivered my order after a couple of minutes. It looked like my order had been ready for a long time, but they forgot to deliver it. The ice cream was already melting. This is not the first time this has happened. The restaurant was empty so it's not like they had a lot of customers to tend to. I'll think twice before going to Sonic again if this is the kind of service I'll be getting. Save yourself some trouble and go to Dairy Queen or somewhere else.

Read moreThey don't ever have their slushie machine up and running. They dont ever have ice cream drinks either. Go to order and their machine is always down. The ladies that take the orders are always rude. I think I have only gone 1x to this place and gotten great service. All the rest I've had to scream at the damn intercom for someone to understand me. You place your order, they repeat it, then in the end ask for it again bc they didn't put it in CPU. They have the wrong person managing this location because they have all the nice ladies who actually smile running the food out, while them rude females that are taking the orders stay inside to still be rude to the next customer. Honestly I'm surprised this location is still open. Also not sure how their is not a system in place to know where the person that press the red button is at. They have asked me what stall # I've been at in the past. Today the girl that was on the intercom starts by asking us if we were in drive thru, then when my husband said no we are in stall 4 she asked what was our order, my husband starts to give his order only to be interrupted by again what stall # and to have to repeat the order yet again. I know they could tell my husband was getting mad bc they switched to someone else. Whoever they have on the earset with that attitude should not have a job working with customers. If you don't like your job then quit and find something else.
