Burger King — Restaurant in Aldine

It was horrible, they didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted sauce for my chicken nuggets, so I forgot to ask. The manager who was for some reason working at the drive thur just snatched the money from out my hand and stabbed the change back in my hand. ALSO, they destroyed my cheeseburger by adding pounds of mayo. And they said that the cherry machine wasn't working, but the coke icee I got melted. And last time I went there they didn't even give a receipt, probably because they didn't want me to leave a bad review on the MyBKExperience website. And this time I was trying to get on the website but the receipt had cut off the survey number. Also yesterday when I went to McDonald's I saw someone who used to work at Burger King. He probally left because of the manager. And on Mother's Day at McDonald's they were gave my grandmama a flower for Mother's Day, how sweet unlike Burger King. Once when I said I wanted a completely plain burger twice they gave me one full with mayo, ketchup, pickles, and the nastiest of all mustard. NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO MCDONALD'S, OR...

I went through the drive through to pick up an easy lunch for some family. What I was not expecting was the manager, Amado to be so unprofessional. At the window I asked the woman if I could use a coupon she was friendly enough to ask. Well the manager, Amado was set off by that and started shouting and complaining in Spanish in the background, speaking Spanish I could understand everything he was saying.

Needless to say it was not very nice and totally unprofessional. When he came to the window, I mentioned his unprofessional behavior, he decided that was his cue to become even more argumentative with me. As told him that he was being rude and unprofessional, he slammed the drive through door on me and walked away.

This was not the behavior I would expect from a BK manager. To make matters worse the receipt was completely illegible so that I have no way of giving my feedback through the online survey. Very dissatisfied with the experience caused by...

Our order was taken quickly and politely. Our food meet and exceeded fast food expectation on freshness. Sadly our order was not correct. We got two medium fries not large as ordered. Although it was a more expensive burger the double meat, jalapenos with bacon / cheese, we ordered the double whopper with cheese. It was an extreamly delicious burger that we might consider getting next time. The person behind us more than likly got our less expensive burger. So its like they get a star only to have it taken a way. My burger was a regular whopper with cheese and was really good. Both burgers had fresh veg and just the right amount of condimeny. Fries were HOT and fresh. We got two drink that was standard. Id give a picture but We devoured them that quickly.
