Y’all go ahead and go to another subway cause this one is trash. Their customer service ain’t it. My husband and I went to buy subway today October 3,2025 around 8:00 pm in drive thru and we ordered our sandwich with a guy and I guess it was a chicana old lady like in her late 40s or her 50s and she’s the one that made the sandwich wrong we got home and noticed she put ranch and bacon which I didn’t ask for I’m allergic to ranch. We went back and she started saying that that is what we ordered and kept going back and fourth with us. Then the guy who actually took our order told her that yes it didn’t come with bacon or ranch and all she said was oh after going back and fourth with my husband and having the worst customer service. I think she is the manager if I’m not mistaking she had her daughter there in the back with her while she’s working. After the guy basically told her that no it wasn’t suppose to come with ranch and bacon she just said oh and grabbed the sandwich from my husband and threw it away with an Attitude. I don’t appreciate her attitude. I will not be coming here again. If she can’t do her job right cause she’s watching her daughter there then maybe she shouldn’t be working there. Read moreI received the worst customer service last week. During my lunch time, my coworkers and I came to this location to enjoy a healthy lunch from subway. Unfortunately, I was in line for 20 minutes and the energy from the staff was just negative. Two staff members were arguing back an forth in front of the customers. My coworkers and I agreed that one staff member in particular was the worst. The young lady whose name is Kavona had a bad attitude and did not bother to greet any customer. I told her the type of bread I wanted and she gave me the opposite. I asked her again to confirm that she was giving me the right bread I asked for in a nice way and she respond with an attitude and said "yes...isn't that what you asked for?" I had already wasted time so I just moved on and ignored the issue and took the bread she gave me. I was not pleased with her attitude and the other staff members. They were all rude and unprofessional. My opinion is that if you are unhappy working here then find your self another job. Negative energy affects others and is unpleasant to be around that.
