American Signature Furniture — Attraction in Altamonte Springs

Another Shout Out to Henry Williams! On our original story we shared how he provided Five-Star Quality Customer Service, and the story continues! We had purchased a high quality leather family room set, and unfortunately a visitor had a harsh chemical in their hair that changed the color of the hide in the leather all the way down to yellowish/tan, when it was brown originally. We had someone come by who said the furniture was ruined, and our only option was to get it reupholstered or replaced after he made an attempt to restore with unsuccessful results. Well, we called our GO-TO person, Henry Williams, Dr. "Know What To Do"!! :) He went out of his way to research some options for us. He was able to put us in contact with a great resource that went above and beyond our expectations, and did a fabulous job! Because of Henry Williams, we are well pleased customers who saved lots of money, and no longer had to worry about spending top dollars to reupholster or mask the damages with big pillow, but can show its true beauty and elegance. Henry Williams is someone that as a customer you can truly say...GOT YOU!! We highly recommend his level of service to anyone looking for furniture, guidance, suggestions, etc. Stop by American Signature Furniture in the Altamonte Springs area in Florida, and ask for Henry Williams, you will be glad that you did, and come to realize he's more than a Sales Agent! He is what we would classify as Five-Star Quality Customer Service and provided top notch service that was truly exceptional! Just had my couch delivered this morning by Leo and Juan. I've had plenty of furniture/appliances delivered to my various homes by different companies and you always hope the delivery guys are going to treat your product and home the way they would treat their own. These 2 fellas are a prime example of not only professional, polite and respectful but also get the job done quickly and neatly. The store scheduled my delivery for today between 8-10am but told me the delivery guys would call on their way. Leo and Juan called me when they were 15 minutes away which was plenty of time for me to step out of work, I let them in and within 22 minutes (I was timing myself for how long I was out of the office) my sectional couch was carried inside (very cautiously avoiding bumping any walls and even wiping their feet with the heavy sections in their arms), unpacked and assembled with care. I offered to help them in any way with the process but you can tell these guys have been doing this a while so I just stayed out of the way. Leo and Juan were friendly, they answered some of my questions regarding the new couch, they were very respectful and professional while inside my home, cleaned up the cardboard and plastic packaging and away they went. We need more people like these 2 guys in that industry, thank you again guys!!

-By the way I just wanted to add a quick note about Tim, the sales rep in the Altamonte location. Tim was great! After shopping around numerous furniture stores in the area for a couch, we finally decided on one of the sectionals we liked from American Signature. Tim was very helpful, polite, informative, and must say my absolute favorite part was that he did try to hound us or follow us around the store when my girlfriend and I told him we were just there to look around and take some measurements. He simply stated to let him know if we had any questions on any furniture and he left us to ourselves. I do not like being pressured by sales reps when I walk into stores and Tim was one of the only reps at the 5 stores I went to that did not follow me around the store when I stated I was just there to look around.

On black Friday I was passing by American Signature with no intention of buying anything. In passing, I saw a lamp I'd been coveting for months now but had only seen online, and in my procrastination hadn't taken the time to order. I went inside - quickly deciding that regardless of price I would be leaving with that lamp (forgetting one usually has to order the inventory and wait for weeks before you could pick up or it be delivered- as had happened with my bed that I had pre-ordered from American Signature months prior.) This is where this great, friendly personality, consultant Henry Williams comes in. He greets my family and I and immediately makes us feel comfortable and acknowledged. He was extremely attentive, full of wit and was impressively resourceful. He answered all of our questions and concerns with a cheerful and willing disposition. He somehow works this elaborate magic, because next thing you know, I'm walking out of this place with everything I want and need (my highly coveted, aesthetically pleasing floor lamp and my scrumptious faux sheepskin rug...ugh, I love them so much), at these HUGE markdowns! Best day ever! He went above and beyond to make sure this moment happened for me with little to no hassle. I am so thankful for his hardwork and his exceptional customer service, despite having worked a long shift the day right after Thanksgiving his spirit of service did not waver.
