Herbal Equipment and Distribution — Attraction in Altoona

I travel from State College to Altoona Herbal to the coils i need for my Yocan pen. Its one of the only 4 coil pens on the market, and i used to have no problem getting them in State College. For some reason, i all of a sudden couldn't find them, but sure enough, Altoona Herbal always has what i need in stock. WARNING, you have to know how to speak when in there, let me explain. Say you needed to pass a drug test for a job or whatever and you go into ask for a product that will help you pass, you will berated in the store the owner will get extremely offended will get real loud so everyone in the store hears him yelling at you. Most of us have no idea that some things are taboo to say. I know it just happened to me. I went in looking for something, and when i asked incorrectly about why i needed it, he got real loud and basically kicked me out, and i just didn't even think that it was an issue. He doesnt have to act that way i have been in that situation in kther places and they just simply tell you that they arent allowed to help you with that and they leave it at that but the owner of Altoona Herbal acts like a real blankety-blank if you do something unwittingly on accident he will tell you off but as far as the products hes got just about anything you could need or want just wish je didnt have to act that way. Now, when i go in, i have anxiety to even speak to anyone. In case i say the wrong thing, i shouldn't feel intimidated to go into a store, but that's the way it is there. So that's my experience. i hope it helps. They sell a variety of products, not just for marijuana. It is one of the best places around for finding things that you might have to order online if it wasn't...

Very poor customer service especially from the manager. I purchased the Pofco Peak on July 24th and have had problems since the purchase. I want to the store The next day and A wonderful employee of theirs help me with my problem Got it working and had a great experience that day. I learned how to use the equipment and it was working great for 2 days. On the third day the device stopped working for the second time. I came back on July 28th And they told me It will need a new atomizer to work. I got upset And told the manager that this isn't it should not be broken after twenty uses at the most. so the owner gets a new itemizer that looks completely different from the original one. Wow This one works no problem It's your atomizer. So the owner refuses to do anything for me after spending $400 on this product he wants me to buy a new atomizer... I said We are all hurting financially can you help me out with anything to get this working. He said it's not his problem it's the manufacturer's problem and I have to talk to them. I kept trying to talk to him about the problem but by this time I can tell he's very frustrated with me he kicked me out of the shop and refused to sell me the new atomizer that I should have never had to buy again in the first place. im trying to post the recipts...

Love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. They have amazing prices and hours, and will explain everything and will not sell you anything you don't need.

Update: You know. I see these negative reviews, and I have to wonder; where the Hell are these people going?! Are they going to the old store on Union? Because theyre not there anymore, and theyve posted about this 1,732 times, maybe 1,733.... I lost count.

As far as the otherwise comments, there are two sides to every story. And coming on here to bash is not exactly a mature way of handling the situation. Just saying, grow up.

And speaking of growing up. Ive known the owner since before we discovered what Mad Dog 20/20 and Boones Farm was, even further back to when we got our licenses. And Nikki is NOT one to screw people over. Maybe if you went to her, as opposed to, IDK, bashing her on Google (my God, millenials)..... she would have taken care of you.
