Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Altoona

Absolutely unprofessional, lady didn’t answer the phone for a whole 10-15 minutes it rang. Then when she answers the phone my wife placed the order and tells her name for to pick up the pizza. Well when I get there 10-15 later she then proceeded to tell me “Well I’m sorry your name is not registered in the system.” Mind you I have heard my wife carry on a full 4 minute conversation with this lady on the phone. Well then when I get there to pick it up a short blonde haired girl, then tells me “Well I don’t know you didn’t order it here to have me drive across town to the other little Caesar’s to be closed. At this point I’m livid not only have I wasted 15-20 minutes of my time but now I am wasting my gas to drive to the other restaurant of little Caesar which is closed. So I return back then recite to the girl the number for the building and she goes well that’s our number but we don’t have your order. food is just as good as any other little Ceasars. service is abysmal. one particular woman never seems happy to be there and makes it everyone else's problem. instead of communicating they just pretend like you aren't there. like I know my order isn't ready but id like some form of eta instead of being ignored until its ready. this woman gave MY pizza to people that came in AFTER me instead of giving it to me. I got to wait for the pizza THEY ordered just because it was the same one and probably because she assumed the door dash wasnt there yet. well I was and I dont appreciate you giving MY order to someone else just because you thought it wasted you some time. sick and tired of these places prioritizing in person orders over online orders. this location disappoints every single time. i come back because everybody makes mistakes but it seems like every time i order there’s at least one thing missing. i ordered 5 sauces and only got one, came back and got the rest and the guy was super nice, and i really wasn’t upset but when i got home and actually opened up my food was when i was a little bit disappointed. the breadsticks didnt have the seasoning on them, and the pizza wasn’t cut the whole way. i work in the food industry so i completely understand forgetting things and making mistakes, but frustrating to see such careless service. I still tip because I want to support the staff, but the overall experience has been straight-up disappointing and far below what I expect from any restaurant. what do you expect when it’s only teenagers...
