Writing a review because I’m genuinely so dissatisfied and disheartened with my Brazilian wax today.. I went into today with Mia because Parker is no longer at this location, but to sum it up l have hairs everywhere still, I felt the wax applied over my skin multiple times in the same spots to still have a bunch of hair left….granted a Brazilian is uncomfortable, but to have a bunch of hair left.. to be bleeding.. then throbbing excessively does not sit right with me. She told me she was going to charge me for a bikini, because in her words she said there was still some shorties left..my hair has been shorter previous visits and Parker has waxed me completely hair free and so fast every single time. This time I had to go home and pluck my hairs out..a lot of them were long and she just missed them. I would like to get what I scheduled for and not get handouts because the wax person was not skilled enough. Very distraught and upset with my entire experience. Partially my fault as I should have made the drive to where ever Parker was because she is PERFECTION. I’m 110% satisfied every time. I genuinely don’t think Mia should be waxing anyone for safety reasons. To make matters worse I just saw a large area of unwaxed hair on both sides near the labia that has hair with at least 3 inches long, how could you possibly not see that. New: Yes, I’m still coming here years later, and today I had the best experience! I just got my brows done with an incredibly skilled employee named Tiphanie. I have never before had such a flawless and practically painless experience being waxed, and trust me, I can be a bit of a wimp with waxing, so when I say it was pretty much painless, I really mean it! Her care and attention to detail was unmatched. I cannot recommend her enough!

Original: WOW. I was so nervous going into my appointment. I used to get my brows waxed regularly at a hair salon, but I had a really bad experience that left me with badly ripped skin. I went several months, and it showed. I was just so scared to try again. I found Lunchbox Wax and I decided to give them a try. Bri was awesome. I talked out my concerns with her and she assured me that their wax was very gentle and would not rip my skin. She really helped me relax and I was able to talk and laugh with her. I have been coming here for so long. I don't understand what happened. I booked a Brazilian and upper leg with TIFFANI at 9:40 with traffic I made to my appointment at 9:50. She said she could only do Brazilian or upper leg. I chose Brazilian. She said her next appointment alas at 11 and she had no time to do the full service. Before we started i asked her the time she said 9:52 so I said I'm a fast you really can't do the whole thing? She said "no 10 minutes it's like half hour for us" I was paying at 10:10!!!!!! Which means I only took 18 minutes!!!!!! I asked her again and I said it's crazy you told me no I feel like there's plenty of time and she said well my next appointment in actually at 9:20????? We only give you 30 minutes for a Brazilian and half upper leg (which never ever has happened) TIFFANI made me feel so rushed and told me I could bring my kids?????
