DO NOT GO HERE! EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PROTECT YOUR MONEY, PROTECT YOUR WALLET!!

TL;DR: their machine keeps breaking, or their technicians aren’t available. They WILL NOT call you back when they say they will. They WILL NOT keep track of your appointments or what service you paid for. I’m also being cheated of my money and not getting the service that I paid for. DO NOT COME HERE

I paid for the 8 session laser hair removal treatment last year in October. I completed the first session without any problems, but the problems soon began quickly after that. I arrived to my second appointment only for them to tell me that their machine was broken and that they didn’t notify me because they had me down for an entirely didn’t service. SUCH a waste of my time because of THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM, they couldn’t even keep track that the appointment I made was laser hair removal. They apologized, gave me a coupon, and told me they would call me back when the machine was fixed. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FOR MONTHS. I finally had to call them only for them to say “oh it’s been fixed for a while now.” SO WHY DIDNT THEY CALL ME BACK LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD?!!! So I make another appointment and finally did my second session nearly A THIRD OF A YEAR after my first appointment when you’re supposed to the appointments 4 weeks apart, NOT 4 MONTHS APART. I made my third appointment and due to their unprofessionalism I now call them the day before the appointment to make sure I have the right service and appointment time. Basically I’M doing THEIR JOB for them. They confirmed my third appointment only for them to CANCEL ON ME LAST MINUTE shortly after I called an confirmed. They said their technician had an emergency and that they could reschedule me for the following week. I don’t have a choice so I do it. the following week THEY CALL TO CANCEL AGAIN BECAUSE THEIR MACHINE BROKE AGAIN!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! I am extremely upset because AGAIN i cannot complete my session within the time frame needed to achieve permanent hair removal. I complained and told them I don’t want anymore coupons or empty apologies, I want a refund and they will not give it to me even though I paid for 8 sessions to be completed in a timely manner. I can’t get the sessions and certainly not in the time frame that I need it in. WASTED $400 JUST TO NOT GET THE...

I received laser hair removal treatments at V Line for two years, so I am reviewing the results of my treatment and my experience there. The laser they use is the Vectus diode laser, and it is a good laser, MUCH better than the Soprano Ice I used at another med spa. Compared to Soprano Ice it's less painful and gave far better results. My treatment area was the front and back of my torso (as a man) and I have been extremely happy with my overall hair reduction. My experience, however, has been complicated. I purchased two-year packages in 2020 that their website said came with "results guaranteed for 5 years". In the two years that I received treatments, their staff turnover rate was very high; in fact, both of the laser specialists on their website, Kathy Bradford and Jake Back, aren't there anymore. (The best person they have currently is Ga Young.) Their clerical staff turnover was high too, and accordingly, the quality of the service I received varied a lot. I also had appointments postponed many times--for a total of 22 weeks of the two years. Most of this time was not their fault (they needed a service part that was scarce because of the chip shortage), but about 1/3 of it was because they were disorganized and scheduled me at times they didn't have a laser specialist available. Their clerical staff is better now, and to V Line's credit at the end of the two years they extended my time to make up for the postponements. But when I asked what their 5-year guarantee meant (which they've now removed from their website), the answer was, nothing whatsoever. I didn't think I could pay for two years of treatments and receive five, of course, but my hope was that if I had significant regrowth within the five years, I could return for a complimentary touch-up. They gave me an emphatic NO. I still recommend V Line for laser hair removal because their laser is effective, but you should not trust any of their promises or guarantees on faith, and I don't recommend buying an extended package because you have no idea who will still be working there six...

I’ve visited other medical spas in the general area, but they simply don’t compare to V Line. The moment you walk in, you can feel/see that this place is on another level! They have the newest machines, top notch services, best aestheticians, and gorgeous interior (literally goals).

My mom and I went in for a laser treatment this past weekend and we’ve both seen great results so far. After consulting with the doctors, we both opted for the pico laser treatment for different purposes—  my mom wanted to remove her eyebrow tattoo and sunspots whereas I used it to even out my skin complexion/texture and improve acne scars.

(I will only be talking about my experience)

Upon arrival, my mom and I were kindly greeted by the receptionist who guided us into the room where we would put numbing cream on and wait for the actual procedure to begin. After numbing for approximately 30 minutes, I went to the laser room with the aesthetician who performed my treatment (Bell). She guided me through the entire process and told me to tell her if I had any discomfort during the laser treatment. It was my first time getting laser done on my face so I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them for me. She was so patient and accommodating. I was worried it would hurt but she assured me that it was a rather easy/painless treatment— and it was! I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment and it was over relatively quickly. After the actual laser procedure, she brought a cooling face mask (as I was a little red from the laser) and let it sit on my face for 10 minutes.

Immediately after the laser treatment, I noticed my skin was smoother and brighter! I’ve been staying out of the sun and using sheet masks 2x a day to prevent dry/irritated skin (as per Bell’s suggestion). It has only been two days since I got laser and I’m already loving the results. I can’t wait for my next visit!
