Southwest Plaza Shopping Center — Attraction in Arlington

Walked in with hubby no one greeted us. We were looking for a front load washer ours stopped spinning that morning and we have a family of 5 so i needed to replace my washer same day. I searched online and most front load washers specifically the Samsung which is what i wanted and what we had were backordered at lowes best buy and home depot. We were in the store for 15 minutes looking at all the washers and saw a Samsung one for $850 with the steam feature in the color of our old one. It was hard finding the brand i wanted with the steam feature which is what my old one had in color white to match my samsung dryer thats white under $950. Butttt as soon as i said bae this the one i want . . . my husband said ok let's go "find" someone. . i realized i left my wallet in the car so i said go ahead bae go checkout and let me go grab my wallet. When i came back in he was standing close to the door and was like nawww bae i don't like the vibes in here this man looked at me dead in my eyes when you walked out and didn't bother to help or say anything. My husband was in his work uniform (red coca cola shirt) so although our skin is dark WE WERE NOTICEABLE. Well we ended up purchasing a GE front load from best buy for $957 thats with haul away service and connection. It wasnt what we wanted but as i said i needed a washer asap. I stopped in this Albertsons on a Thursday night. It's a mixed bag when I go because you never know when an item will be in stock. Today I walked out with a pork shoulder, saw a NY Strip family pack on sale and decided to get it and not make a second trip later. This visit was lucky but, when you go later in the week it's not always good. The later you wait, the more probable you won't find what you want. That goes for any store...

I when there once before was really good customer care today was very bad customer Care this Employee Name Siad hi was very rude like hi not want to sale the Customers in the store elderly and the store manager lady she not even care about no one she left to have luch...very bad Customer care Right now ...they dont even trying to found the Items for the Customers Bad experience not recommending at all better...
