HOSTILE OWNERS YELLING AT DISABLED SCHOOL CHILDREN

The people who work for this event center or own it condone yelling at small disabled children because your business is near a school campus? Kids are forced off the school campus after 30 mins of waiting for parents and have to make their way to a parking lot to find their parents The people that work here obviously do not have an understanding that the school says any child waiting after that time have to wait off campus!

Even though this school uses this center for graduations so you make money off of them but yet you treat small children with ZERO RESPECT screaming at every child age ranging from kindergarten to teenage children who are parent less on your property waiting for their parents

That's a shame

But children and parents using this event center don't get yelled at as when we use this building

What a smart marketing tactic for using a building that is near an elementry school, middle school and high school which is no one's fault but your own but parents who have their children attend this campus love the rigorous curriculum and some parents drive from pretty far to give their children the opportunity to get a better education rather than being in ARLINGTON ISD because their curriculum is a joke

This is extremely sad I wish you guys would scream at us parents instead of a disabled child who's in kinder

THE CITY of Arlington should shutthis place down I'm tired of dealing with such a HOSTILE...

I would give it a zero star rating. As one of the students who go to the school by this place they are yelling at us to get off "private property". You don't own the whole area. Today someone in the building called the cops AGAIN to tell all students to get off the property. The lady that called the cops told me to get off the property or she will drag me to the cop car by us. I'm minding my own business lady. The first time everyone encountered these people the same lady took picture of us without OUR CONSENT! TAKE THIS PLACE DOWN! All the kids are doing whatever after school then this man and lady come yelling at us to get off. This lady also be saying it's "private property" if it was private have a sign out or something how to we know it's private property. On the side of the building a man flip me and my friends off and cursed at us for no reason at all. 0 STARS! ARLINGTON TAKE THIS PLACE DOWN!...

Great facility however poor customer service from the director of the facility. She never knew our names and had to be reminded of our event date several times after several in person meetings and phone calls (and often times DURING these in person meeting and phone calls). Even the day of our event the sound person showed up late which caused us to lose over an hour of our live band performance and delayed the start of our vow renewal ceremony. They both blamed each other on why he was late. For the type of money to rent the facility along with money to host an event, you would think you would receive better customer service and attention. We will NEVER host another event there after this experience unless MAJOR changes take place. We did give the director this feedback and an opportunity to make amends and still no resolution several months later. Be careful! You’ve...
