There is genuine happiness here, not that fake 'yoga in the park' bliss. There is honesty and kindness, compassion and laughter. They combine this with precise & professional scheduling. There is ample parking and easy access (kind of important when you're injured). The waiting room (where you don't wait very long AT ALL) is clean, comfortable and has a relaxing and attractive decor. OH, the massage...AWESOME! I purchased 6 individual, hour-long sessions with Shasta who is a wonderful masseuse and human being and, actually, much better than this description. I have accumulated a fair amount of wear and tear in my body and many mornings my body just aches..

Of course I could just take some Advil or equivalent to numb the aches and on most mornings that was my standard remedy.

But now I have found a far healthier and longer lasting alternative. My masseuse is Shasta and this guy is seriously talented. I’ve heard similar comments about other masseuse there.
