I live in the house behind this plac. When it opened my housemate worked for Zi Spice and raved about how sweet the owner is and how amazing the quality of ingredients and flavors. I choose to avoid it because I knew I would like it too much and end up eating out way too often with the extra convience of it being next to the house. My housemate would bring home the treats and they are all phenomenal.

I love that they're a dedicated gluten-free bakery, without needing to manipulate oversold pastry recipes, but by simply being traditional to their heritage! Plus, using A2 milk in everything is both better for our bodies and the environment. The Chais are spicy and delicious; each one has its own character.
