Used to be a very good sex positive shop and resource, but the shop no longer carries toy cleaner (UNSAFE!!!!!!!!) but suggests people use standard soap (again, WILDLY UNSAFE). Was once so fond of the space but I can't support them if their stance on the more important part of toy cleaning is to just "use soap". Do better, for shame.

Edit since the shop replied and ignored part of what I said; we're dropping to one star. I have had three (THREE!!!) different dead-eyed employees tell me they DO NOT, WILL NOT, and REFUSE to carry toy cleaner. You can tell me to read your blog all you want, but if you have to clarify your worker's intent through a reply to a review, you're already dropping from where we were originally to rock bottom.

TLDR; Teach your employees how to communicate clearly. This wasn't a "we didn't order it OOPS :P" this was a "Your employees, based on your reply, are not trained to express detail in a way that is customer-minded or even friendly. We're still never coming back, and this has honed it in even further how off-base and untrustworthy employee attitudes are. (and the fact that all specialty toys carried here can simply be purchased through the manufacturer, lets be SO real here. It was just nice to think we had a local place to get proper cleaning and self-care supplies within walking...
