We had our Volkswagen in for warranty rust repair, and it was in the building on the day the mergeer of Broadway and Bergstrom. Well, this meant, come to find out, that our vehicle could not get fixed right away, because it was initially approved through Broadway and Bergstrom wouldn't work with us to auto approve our vehicle through them. So, multiple weeks later, and many, many phone calls to a fella named Jesse, our vehicle was finally approved.
Mind you, I am disabled, and this is the only vehicle we have that I can easily get myself in and out of. Bergstrom employees were aware of my disability needs.
Our vehicle actually sat with them long enough for our brakes to rust because they didn't drive it while it was there, either.
After approximately 2 months (I actually think it was longer), we got our vehicle back with the rust on the body repaired, but with about $1000 of now needed maintenance repair.
We probably won't utilize them ever again. It is not worth the agony.
Edit:If you see the reply, please know that by law, I AM an owner of the vehicle as I am MARRIED to Brent. And no, he is NOT pleased or okay with the outcome. I am disappointed now that you have posted a public lie. If you actually choose to reach out to Brent to fix the issue, I may redact my statement.
However, now, I'm further irritated than I was previously and will make sure to spread my voice as far as I can.
EditEdit: Jason called us. laughs in anger This man says Bergstrom had no idea of my existence despite being with my husband every single time we were in the building; he is my caretaker. He also, while my husband was on the phone with him (speakerphone call), twisted Brent's words from previous conversations. When Brent corrected him, explaining what he really meant, Jason told him he was lying. This man also dismissed my disabilities, completely. All we were looking for was a basic apology.
We will NEVER utilize this...
Read moreIn May, my Jeep was brought in due to damage from hitting a deer. Not only was the service completed a few days after original completion date, there were NUMEROUS chips in the driver and back passenger door that had NEVER been there prior when I went to pick up the vehicle! This vehicle was detailed a week prior to the accident. I even sent photos I had of the vehicle after detailing to show there were never ANY chips in the door panels!! After Matt, the manager and his superior looked over the vehicle and evaluated “their” own photos from the time of estimate, they determined “their” photos were too difficult to see, therefore there was nothing they would do!!
Prior to having the work done by Broadway Chevrolet Collision Center, I made it clear to Matt that I was very reluctant about having the work completed by them (advice given from others & personal family member experience). Matt assured me there would be no issues. Since my insurance company already sent the check to the collision center being that it is their “preferred choice”, I proceeded with the service.
Now I sit with a vehicle that was absolutely beautiful prior to having service completed by Broadway Chevrolet Collision Center to a vehicle that has numerous chips in the door panels and they won’t do...
Read moreI called to inquire on leasing which is something we had never done. Ryan Brennan took my call answering my MANY questions. Within 20 minutes Ryan had an email of the vehicles that fit our budget at my fingertips. Ryan offered to have both vehicles available at whatever time fit our schedule. Ryan was willing to come in on his day off...thank you Ryan. I was leary on adding a truck payment to our budget but Ryan and his team changed that by running accurate numbers quickly. Broadway staff at the Ashland location are professional and great at their jobs. We worked with Justin in financing, he was knowledgeable, funny and also willing to work with our unrealistic schedule. I felt it was unrealistic to meet our schedule to make it happen in one day. Broadway staff made it happen. I haven't had such stellar customer service since as long as I can remember. We live in Kaukauna and have never ventured further than Appleton to purchase a vehicle. Looks like we found our home location for vehicles. Thank you to the manager who came to personally thank us for our business, he was professional and very pleasant. Thank you, Leah...
