Devastating experience! Customer service still hasn’t gotten back to me! I even emailed the top people at this site. Annnnnnnd nothing. Why is it this scarey situation has a way to be ignored ? Clearly all that talk about safety and customer service and caring are not in the least bit the truth! I don’t know who else to contact besides an attorney! Serious lessons on customer service are desperately needed here. I was literally shaking, crying and almost in an accident from my experience here and I was told my complaint would go to the store customer relations Dept and they would be in contact with me...... more than a month later and constant contact or trying to get to the bottom of this and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. All I need to know is there is a “Jason” who works there!!! Because he knew my name and walked past me tauntingly and would not answer who he was or how he knew my name!!!! CREEPY! One clerk said she didn’t know him and another said he worked there and gave me the name “jason” Buy would not or could not answer how he knew my name!!! was I under some kind of surveillance I did not know about? Read moreI Was shopping found a few things on clearance. Went to check out and there was 1 cashier with a line of legit 22 people in line. They finally offered customers to go to salon. I checked out with the friendly associates in the salon. The only good experience I had. I realized as I was leaving the store that one of my items didn’t ring up as it said on the tag. Then I had to turn around and go to that counter now. Wait in line for that …. 10 people 1 person working in that line. I told him what happened he called the manager on phone and told me all he could do was return the item and not honor the sticker price. Right away in a rush returned it on my card and didn’t even let me talk to a manager. One I thought working for other retailers that is against the law in the state of Wisconsin. If I am wrong on that that is fine. But either way that is bad business and being a manager at another retailer shame on management for not honoring that even if was a mistake stickering a wrong item on accident. Read moreWaited 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me in the window blinds department. And when the sales person showed up, she said that the lady was off that day and she couldn't help me. Which is very understandable with the lack of people not wanting to work now days. But what was very disappointing was when the associate radioing to get someone to assist me noone would answer her. I feel that was very disrespectful on behalf of the management to their employee. If management, which I was told was in a meeting would of just answered her back and told her that the sales person in that department was off that day it would of saved me and her alot of time. Just a suggestion place a sign on the table saying that noone is available to help but will be in tomorrow (or whenever someone will be there). My main complaint would be with management and how they treated their employees in that situation that day.
