Gorsuch Ski Café — Restaurant in Aspen

Thank you for your generosity of refunding the entirety of the transaction even though I was only disputing the accidental overcharge. Original review: Poor customer service. I purchased several cafe items. During payment, the credit card machine prompted for a tip. I entered a custom tip and intended to leave a $4 tip. I accidentally left a $40 tip and before I could correct it, the machine finalized the transaction. I told the employee that I had made an error and asked if she could reprocess my transaction. She said, “no….and thanks for the tip”. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Honestly!!! Customer service is terrible in this place. We are a 5 generation Colorado family and they treated us like people who know nothing about skiing or ski equipment. Judging people this day and age is so wrong and inappropriate. My son saw 3 worker in the corner looking, talking, and laughing about us. GROW UP already! You guy are all over 50 years old and just because you live errrrr... WORK in Aspen does not give you the right to judge anyone. If you like to get treated poorly, talked about by the employee, and passed over because a local or friend of an employee has an issue that is much more important than yours-go her.
