Jonathon's Limited — Attraction in Astoria

Came in to the store on a whim while on vacation to look for a replacement ring, after a botched re-design of my original wedding ring by an independent jeweler in Dallas, TX. Charlie and Olivia were so understanding. Of course they had several beautiful heirloom rings to show me, but I was completely surprised to find 'the one' at the first store we walked in to. (Art Deco Platinum + Diamond ring - Circa 1915) Charlie gave me an amazing price too!

After I got home I realized the ring didn't quite fit and had to send it back to Oregon, due to not being able to find a platinum-smith working in the area. I just got the ring back today. (Only took them a little over a week for the sizing.) It fits perfectly and has been shinned as well.

Take a look at the photo, it's a stunner and like I said, plenty more where it came from. I can't say enough good things about this store and the people that make it run. I will definitely...

Surprised by the horrible greedy customer service. I went in because a mentally disabled family member had traded a ring of mine that my late deceased father had given me for a cheap "antique" gold ring. When I went to see about getting my ring back he kept the money that he had charged to do the swap and gave me my ring back. When I asked for my money back he said NO I have to make money!!I have to make some kind of profit. Never will ever come back and never will ever recommend. You have lost a customer and now a lot of people have a bad taste in there mouth about you. When you could have just given me my money back and the ring. Instead of taking all my info and treating me like a criminal. Thanks...

Gtiboy73 - You mean to tell me that you're giving this store, who you claim to be a loyal and long term customer of, a bad rating because someone "who didn't own it" treated you rudely snd pushed you out the door as if, say... I don't know, someone was robbing the place? And instead of calling the cops, or making sure the owner (who you claim to know) was alright, or coming back later to ask questions or perhaps offer some information yourself you decide to rip the guys reputation like a spoiled child? What a jerk.

BTW, Johnathan's jewelers is a GREAT...
