I have never had an issue with this place until my experience on 11/30/2021 at around 10:20am. Because of how I was treated I will never be back here and will keep it real with this review. I came in for a manicure with design and extension for one of my nails. I usually come in for sns and design. One of my nails cracked so I needed the length to match my nails. Mina was my service provider. From the start it was a weird vibe with her. She asked who all I see there for nails and I let her know. She then proceeded to chat with all of them in another language about me with them. I should have switched nail techs then because that is really unprofessional. She cut off ALL my natural nails and added acrylics to my nails even though it was only supposed to be one. Now I have unevenly cut nails under my nails. She did not listen several times when I said to cut my nails shorter so now I’m stuck with these long nails that I know I’ll have to go get cut down somewhere else. I got glue all over my hands. I was cut and my hands were put on soaking solution that burned. To top it off she was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. She also tried to charge me more while doing my nails. That was the last straw!! The man who checked my out tried to make it seem like I was trying to finesse them. No, I am paying the price we agreed on. Do not try to charge me more because you are incompetent and want more money of me. It does not cost $10 extra dollars to soak off sns (I never asked for this service). The manicure cost me $85 ( they kept wanting to charge me $90 an cost $10 extra dollars to soak off sns (I never asked for this service). Allure has lost me as a customer which is disappointing because I’ve been coming here for a year and have never had issues. Looks like from the reviews that this place has gone downhill and others have had issues with Mina....

This review is TOTALLY based on the service from the techs not management. The ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER. I’ve been going here for 3 years and this time was the topper on the cake but an ugly one. I’m a brown girl. It was my birthday 01/24, I told them. I came in for a mani/pedi. The lady that was going to do my pedi sat down and was just not happy apparently. I asked her like 2 questions and she went off on me. Like very rude and talking crazy I said I don’t want you to do my pedi if you don’t want to and she walked away. They asked another lady she took a look at me and frowned and turned her nose up like I stank and she walked away. It became a big thing so I call that refusal of service. What do you think 🤔 They gave me 20% off my nail service, I told them I do not want that, that I needed my pedicure done. Needless to say I left in tears. They are CONSTANTLY RUDE there lately (the techs) even the nail tech was rude but I just took it, because I was already crying and needed this done , her name was Katie and so rude and she was pregnant. I tried to lighten the situation by changing conversation, but they kept looking and pointing and talking about me to each other. What a start to my birthday . Unless they discipline those techs seriously I’m done with them. I also need a FULL SERVICE of the pedicure done by the owner for free. I’m appalled and disgusted with the type of service I receive in my own Community. Sadly 🥹 I can’t stop thinking about what happened and how it was handled. I just wanted to get out of there as I felt attacked for no reason all because no one wanted to do my pedicure.

TERRIBLE!!! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve used this nail salon 3 times prior and NEVER experienced anything like this! For starters the lady RUSHED my pedicure. My feet spent more time out of the water than in. (Literally like 2 mins in water if that) then without speaking she gestured for me to put my feet in the water and when I did she grabbed one of my ankles aggressively and exclaimed for me to relax because she only was telling me to put one in but she literally said NOTHING! Am I supposed to read your mind!! Then she placed only one layer of polish on my toe so it’s literally like see through 👎🏾 Don’t even get me started on the Gel full set!! The only thing she got right was the color! She cut my nails wayyyyyy shorter than what I asked and badly uneven at that. She took foreverrrrr to complete my nails just for them to come out looking like my 3 yr old niece did them. They are sloppy , short, uneven and some are bulky while others aren’t. A COMPLETE MESS!!! The attitudes were horrible when asking if they could provide the service I was asking for and didn’t even try to accommodate me in anyway, instead argued with me about why my nails are fine like I want to spend $100 for mediocrity. They are not fine because they are not what I wanted !!!!! I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW FOR Y’ALL TO REDO MY NAILS BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! She took so long that I didn’t even have time to make them redo them right then and there because I had to get to a meeting. If I could give a 0 for my experience...
