I reached out to this company the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to see if they could do a custom balloon delivery for Tuesday, in celebration of a huge event. Gayle in sales responded to me timely. She explained over the phone that was working on a larger order (or something along those lines) and to please bear with her as she would respond. Gayle did send a timely email with options to consider, to which I responded to immediately. I provided her my choice arrangement, questioning if they would be able to do the modifications I requested. This was all on Friday. The next time I heard from her was on Memorial Day at noon. I replied with a thank you but I went another route. I had not heard from her in 3 days! The reason I decided to post this is because of what she failed to do, once I told her I no longer needed her services because I had not heard back from her. A basic customer service skill of an apology would have gone a long way. I would have even considered using this company in the future. That...

Fabulous Service! Above and Beyond Customer Service! I'm a control freak and my sorority sister was turning 30 and we planned a trip to ATL to celebrate. I wanted to have balloons in the room upon arrival! While this vendor doesn't have a website to browse options, they can describe to you what they have via phone. I wanted some speciality LED glowing balloons, which I found online and wanted to send to this vendor to blow up and then deliver to the hotel. I communicated with the hotel and they were happy to accommodate. I then began the journey to find a vendor in ATL that would do the job. I found this vendor via Google and they were a God send.

Candace called me through the process to update me and inform me that the balloons I ordered weren't going to float. She made sure the the drop off crew was equipt with take and extra balloons to make my selection float.

For the second time, our organization, used Ballons Over Atlanta for a huge event in a park. I wish I could describe to you my level of anxiety and the calm that Balloons Over Atlanta gave me. I can only describe them with the words "perfect execution." They are caring. They are visionary. They anticipate needs. They are professional.
