Great clip lets you check in on line, through the app, or call in to get on the waiting list, so you know exactly when your turn is. Fantastic! You can just show up when it’s close to your turn. Or, you can still show up without signing up first or without any appointments and just wait a little depending on how many people are on the waiting list. If no one is waiting there, then you get your haircut right away. And this location is so convenient. Plenty of space for parking in this plaza. There are quite a few really good convenient restaurants to grab a bite or do takeout. Today is a little over 6 weeks since my last hair cut there, I went back and got Cole as my hair stylist. I am so fortunate to have a super skillful and talented stylist who really knows how to cut different haircuts. I brought a picture of a particular haircut. Came in for a straight trim for the first time today and was immediately registered and brought in for a shampoo and cut by Nicole. She was extremely kind and professional. She quickly assessed how many inches (3) needed to be cut to remove all my split ends and even removed the split ends on my slightly shorter hairs on the middle back and top front.

Overall, appointment took 30 mins, and my hair has much more body, feels lighter, and no longer pulls or breaks as much when I run my fingers through it.

Only downside I would say was the shampoo. The deep massage felt great but I would recommend not being harsh on hair (curly hair esp) when it's warm and wet. No squeezing or twisting to wring out the water. It's best to use a (microfiber) towel to gently press your way down the hair strands to dry out excess water before the cut.

The old white lady who cut my hair felt off from the very start. I should’ve trusted my gut and left as soon as she greeted me.

I asked for a 5-6 on top and a 1 on the side with fading. She got the look completely wrong, completely chopped off all my top hair. She did everything with a machine before I could even stop her. I even showed her a photo of how I want it to look like and my hair ended up looking like I was fresh out of a prison. No style, no grace, nothing. She wasn’t professional and she didn’t seem like she was well trained. She was very rough and on two occasions, rubbed metal against my skin and caused a wound. They’re lucky I’m not suing.
