SERVICES: Gel manicure (Rachel)/Deluxe pedicure (Tina)
PROS: I was a walk-in and, surprisingly, there was no wait. Tina offered me something to drink as soon as I was seated. Rachel helped me select new colors (I'm always a white or green polish girl) and tried 2 colors on me so I could choose. We landed on a light grey and did a lil' gold foil/flakes on 2 fingers. Both ladies made sure to nip off those dead cuticles...something I've been having issues with at other nail spas. Tina's sugar scrub hand and bamboo massages nearly put me to sleep! It was SO GOOD! She's a tiny young lady with magical hands. Even Rachel got me good with a hand massage at the end of my manicure service.
CONS: My only 'con' is that the rough skin on the bottom of my feet were not scrubbed w/the pumice stone as well as they could have been - I still feel some rough patches on the heels and balls of both feet and will have to slough it off myself.
Other than that, I loved that the greeter or supervisor checked in to see if I was happy with the service.
All-in-all, I will try them again and request a better sloughing of the rough parts on the...

The only reason Iāve come back because the managers (Alex and the young female) are very proactive and great with customer service and solving problems. They have accommodated me in the past but I canāt spend any more time, money, or energy here. This particular visit I went for a pedicure for vacation. I came early in hopes of getting a good tech. But yet again, I was assigned a nonchalant tech who apparently doesnāt care about the services she provides. I had to start off requesting she uses clean/ sanitized instruments. Throughout the service her actions reflected she didnāt want to be at work. She skipped multiple steps of the pedicure process and barely exfoliated my feet. As much as like the managers and appreciate their personal hospitality, I canāt waste my time, money and energy on this salon. I typically wouldāve just asked for another tech but I had no time this visit and had to go. Super disappointed and now Iām on the hunt to find a different salon. Kudos for the male manager for having sense of my disappointment. This will be the last time I spend my money with this salon. I wish the techs mirrored their managers actions...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI first visited here for a pedicure and manicure, a few weeks ago. My manicure was done by Ally, who was amazing... I tipped her $20. However, my pedicure was done by someone who was lazy and just didn't want to work. When I complained, the manager told me she was pregnant and she's been an issue -- She gave a 50% discount on the pedicure, which was jusy awful. Ally doesn't do feet, but agreed to paint my toes, because she did such a great job on my hands, I requested it -- The pedicure person was so bad, I didn't want her panting my toes or finishing the pedicure. Glad Ally stepped in. Because Ally was so great, I decided to stick with her as my future nail tech. Fast forward to yesterday... I called to schedule with Ally at 4pm for a manicure. I was told she was available and that I could come at 4pm. I chose 4pm because I had an evening meeting to join later at 530p. When I arrived on time, I was told to have a seat, because Ally was behind. I asked how behind. 20-30 mins. I walked out. I'm not sure how this place has the rating it does, but I won't be back. I gave them a 2nd chance because Ally was awesome, but I won't support a business that doesn't value me or my time. Never again. Horrible customer service. And the manager is a joke... She manages...
