I was delighted to see that you had exclusively released the Makers Mark HBCU Private Selections beverages. As a fan of this particular brand, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try these unique and special drinks. Your staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the perfect bottle to take home with me.
The atmosphere of your store was also wonderful. It was warm, inviting, and had a great energy. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in and enjoyed browsing through your selection of drinks. Your dedication to quality and customer service truly shone through in every aspect of my visit.

Read moreToday I patronized My Friend’s Bottle Shop in which I have been giving my business and money for a year. Today was special because I got to meet their newest employee. Walking into the store I brought with me 2 mountain dews and a 6 pack of Heineken. Never leaving the front counter I put my purchase from BP gas station across the street in the BP plastic bag. 2 employees was helping one patron. When the new employee asked me to assist I asked for Seagrams Gin. As she was trying to ring me up she asked was the 6 pack of beer and 2 mountain dews mine. I responded with who else own would they be? She was really asking me was I planning on paying for an already purchased 2 items. Simple mistake but still an accusation. I informed her that I walked in with the purchase. She begins to treat me like a shoplifter and rings the bell under the counter. A simple apology would have sufficed but the intent was I was stealing. Next would have been a call to 911 and a false police report. When I asked her to pull the camera she told her colleagues that I was harassing her. We are very dangerous now with our customer service and defamation. After patronizing this store for years, I popped in to purchase a few gifts for a friend’s birthday and several family members for the holidays. Though normally welcomed in, this time when I entered the store I was asked to leave my purse up front while I shop. I was truly confused, and assumed that the two male employees behind the counter didn’t know it was a woman’s purse, tightly tucked over my shoulder. I let them know it was my purse and they insisted that in order to shop I’d have to leave my bag. This felt targeted so I asked if everyone else with a purse is asked to leave it up front.
