PandaNYBus Company — Attraction in Atlanta

This was the worst bus experience I have ever had! I took a bus from Atlanta to Greenville, and since this was the only option, I had no choice but to take this bus. The one way ticket cost around $31 so it was not the cheapest ticket in the world.

So before the bus ride, I had to wait at a bus bay beforehand and check in. The ladies who “helped” me were all talking on the phones and eating while they were helping me, so the service was just atrocious. Not to mention, the wait area is really sketchy and is extremely dirty.

Now the fun part... the bus ride. The buses definitely looked like they haven’t been washed from the outside in years, so my feeling was kit the best. Also, they assign seats, which was a first for me, even for a GA ticket. When I walked in the bus, the seats were very dirty, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was just uncomfortable overall. The bus was extremely hot, and the bus driver did not care to lower it when multiple passengers complained. By the way, the bus driver was on his phone for most of the ride. So the bus ride ended up being the longest 2 hours of my life, and the second it stopped in Greenville, I left right away.

I rode many buses before, and they were all decent at least. I would never ride this bus company again, but if you are on a budget and you’re willing to endure everything above, good luck, because I wouldn’t ride the bus even if I was...

Worst experience ever . Came from ny the day before i had asked if the bus was going to atlanta and had a nasty attitude. Second she did not allow me to sot in the front. All three drivers were nasty and racist. Second i told a driver that as he was driving the bus was not aligned and he said it was not. I dont thunk he did not know what i was saying. The bus was the PB10 schedule . No space between seats and treat people like if it was a conceration camp . This business can lick pork buns , moon balls , and rot in hell. The worst bus line ever. I have taken a bus ride or two within the past year and this by far is the worst experience ever. With everything that's currently going on in the world around public health and safety and cleanliness you would think that the bus company would be more proactive in ensuring that the bus is clean with multiple passengers. These pictures are examples of what I had to endure while traveling. And of course I haven't been able to reach anyone at the bus company to express my concern. I will not be using this company anymore and I pray that nobody that rides with them experience any...
