The whole place was unorganized from the start in tell me & my friends got kicked out for no reason. The door was supposed be open at 10 o’clock . One of the security guard lied and told us 30 minutes until we get in 30 minutes. Turn into an hour and a half .DJ came late the owner came late. You asked questions about parking or can we use the restroom . No one had any answer they didn’t set up before the show started. They waited to everybody came informed huge line just to get Instagram recording. When we finally arrived inside. and I order a hookah ask for the hookah at 11 o’clock is going on until 12 almost 1230 is still haven’t received my hookah then the the security guard came to the area where we was sitting at , harassing me and my friends and told us we gotta go we’re getting kicked out and we are looking at each other like what’s going on what we do we just chilling he said the owner said we gotta go no explanation or nothing embarrassed us in front of everybody. ask about my refund about my hookah. The security guard told me no you gotta go to somebody else about it out the door outside. No I’m not Finna leave until I get my money because I sat here and waiting for a long period time is still haven’t received it so finally the nice lady she gave me my money back then we went to the owner outside. he told us it was a miscommunication and we are not getting kicked out. They just want us to move into a different location. We asked them why they didn’t say that from the jump or ask us nicely or talk to us the security guard still going crazy talking us like we’re criminals me and my homegirl’s didn’t feel comfortable staying. I wouldn’t recommend going here. The staff (aside from security) were extremely rude, especially the woman working the front door for the pool party on sunday labor day weekend — straight hair, bad attitude, and completely unprofessional. She clearly didn’t want to be there and made no effort to be welcoming. The food was terrible, and they even messed up my order. On top of that, the bartenders were distracted and seemed completely out of it — not what you expect when you're paying for service. Save your time and money — there are much better spots out there that actually treat their guests with respect. Come to find out they dont give refunds as well!!...

Im disgusted at the state of this establishment. My car club held an event there and the lack of management in this place was evident! No soap in the bathroom and only one sink working! And outside none of the staff knew how to turn the fans on for the people who had sections. There was also a lack of liquor! We couldn’t even get a bottle of Hennessy or Crown for our section. And the food!! Omg! I ordered lemon pepper winds all flat but I received lemon pepper wings that were mainly drumsticks and they were nasty!
