Extremely poor professional communication via Michelle, the geriatric lady embodying the masculine figure with short twists that may be emulating dread locks (or just unrefined dreadlocks) with a cigarette embracing metaphorical aesthetic and her accomplice who’s the black gentleman with the slender build, ear piercings, and nose ring. Michelle was aptly rude when she mentioned me by my name in a nasty tone “Now listen here [my name]” as if she was my parent or some figure of significant importance. Michelle has gaps in her teeth that could properly support a cigarette—rather than necessitate the need for her to use her fingers. So I can understand to a partial degree how she might slip up and refer to me as a name I do not go by, but her tone and sharp mannerism do not excuse her from speaking to me in such a manner when I did nothing wrong.
Now I’m sure, after reading my review and examining the language that I chose, you may be hesitant to believe that I did nothing wrong or unprovoked—but I didn’t. In fact, I’d implore you to come to this facility and find out for yourself. I gave traceable identifiers as to who Michelle is, so it wouldn’t be a challenge whatsoever to source who (s)he is.
The manager appears at some point trying to speak with me to regard what’s occurring. Michelle may have some sort of juvenile operative response when she feels that she has been wronged, because she kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what was occurring. The manager, noting her child like employee, which is illegal, pulled me to the side to speak with me solely.
I could tell the manager wasn’t trying to actually resolve anything because she just listened, apologized, and asked if we could let this go. Rather than address what took place with your employees and hold them accountable, you’d rather ask me to excuse the whole thing. The manager even tried to justify Michelle’s response at one point by saying “Well we ask for your full name.” Michelle certainly did not ask, and she didn’t use my full name but she most certainly tried to talk to me as if I had the tragic dishonor of erupting from her fallopian tubes—assuming she has them.
I don’t feel like being mad, I don’t feel like swearing, I don’t feel like getting in anyone’s face, I don’t feel like saying “Who do you think you’re talking to?!” I just don’t have the interest. Management also clearly doesn’t feel like doing anything. I just wanted my therapy. In a profesional execution. But instead I was met with a woman (I think) who looks like she eats cigarettes as a meal rather than smoke them as intended and management who has the reasonable suspicion to fear condoning...
Read moreThe providers are incredible, which is why this one star rating should indicate to you exactly how much of a NIGHTMARE scheduling is across the practice and evaluate how much time you want to spend on calling automated numbers and leaving voicemails that go unreturned.
My doctor's appointment was cancelled by phone call 10 minutes before it was scheduled and I was already at the office. I was told the scheduling department would be following up with me--days later and no phone call. I've called them twice since only to be redirected by the scheduler to a voicemail and again, no call back after leaving the voicemail. The next appointment available at this office with my doctor is over a month away unless I want to drive 40 miles away to Braselton, which I can't because I don't have a car and it's a $100 Uber round trip to get there. The last minute cancellation of this appointment is an error on their end, yet there seems to be no effort on their part to accommodate rescheduling the appointment in a timely manner, which makes me further question how much the practice actually values the care of their patients.
Same scheduling issues when it comes to PT, except the menu option to schedule for PT only allows you to leave a voicemail, which is even worse. Left two or three voicemails at one point, all unanswered, until I finally just kept hitting 0 for operator and specifically asking to be redirected to a real life person who could make the appointment for me as an already existing patient who had been going to PT for weeks...
Read moreMy experience was very unpleasant. I came in for a concussion and instead of giving me a MRI or taking blood from me or doing some type of scans or test to actually see what’s going on with my body. Medication was just thrown my way, and then when I let the dr.Robertson know that I have not been Taking all of the pills that he recommended me and part of the reason why it’s because I was out of work for a month and had no extra money to take care of my bills, plus my kids and let alone for bottles of pills instead of him being understanding, He gives me attitude and is very sassy and rolling neck, etc. I also was told to eat more food then I have been previous to my last visit and I have been eating more food, but He suggest that I eat three full meals a day. And everybody’s body is not the same. As I stated on my first visit, I have had my gallbladder removed and I don’t have a lot of mass storage or I get sick if I’m to full, His response was very Insensitive, dismissive and very unprofessional!! this appointment was a very unpleasant experience. He did nothing but triggered my anxiety and overstimulated my mind.. I went home Feeling worse than I did...
