Would NEVER use this company again. This was my first time using them and probably my last if management does not fix this. Another graphic designer referred them although I have been completely happy with letting Overnight prints handle all of my print work. I just went to pick up my save the dates for my wedding and they are not ready or even in production. I decided to go with this company because I was told they could produce my work the next day. When I went to pick them up I was told, after placing my order a week ago, they haven't even started it yet. I placed my order Monday and was promised they would be ready next day. Then Thursday, and they weren't. Then I was told Friday. Here we are it's Saturday and I was promised they would be ready by 6. I explained I live over an hour away and I will not come if the job is not complete and they reassured me. ...I asked to speak to the manager who did not come to the phone let alone did not apologize. I could accept an honest mistake, what I cannot except is the manager or workers not taking ownership for the miscommunication or failure to deliver on their promises. I received not one apology or empathy. The manager has yet to call and give me clear direction of when I will receive my work. I have never used a print company this unprofessional. I have so many design friends and I will let everyone know of the horrible experience this company provides and clearly from the previous comments this is a common issue. I hope management...
Read moreI’ve come to Prima Atlanta Printer several times in the past and was always pleased with their pricing, quality, and professionalism. That’s why I chose to return for business cards for my second business. Unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment.
When submitting my order, I provided a PDF file with a typo and immediately informed the lady at the front desk of the misspelling. She assured me that although she doesn’t handle the printing herself, the team in the back would correct the error as it was noted in their system.
However, when I arrived to pick up the cards, the misspelling was still there — completely uncorrected.
I brought this to the attention of the owner, expecting accountability or at least a solution. Instead, he asked if I had received a proof to review before the cards were printed. I told him the only email I received was a notification that my cards were ready for pickup — no proof, no communication about revisions.
Despite acknowledging the situation, he told me I’d need to pay another $35 to have the cards corrected. No discount, no gesture of goodwill, no acknowledgment of their mistake — just a flat fee to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place.
While the print quality itself may still be good, the way this was handled was unacceptable. Poor communication, lack of responsibility, and zero customer service recovery. Sadly, Prima has lost a loyal customer over a $35 error that could have easily...

After 3 reprints and 4 trips to their location, we were still asked to pay a small upcharge in paper change which finally solved the issue of needing to repeatedly reprint.
We started with posters that looked very faded and the color was off. After admitting the calibration was wrong, they reprinted. The second batch had posters that turned out with different color tones on the same image and even one that had a scratch on it. Giving us a clearly discolored and damaged product twice was pretty unbelievable. Their machines clearly weren’t printing correctly, and their next solution to fix the problem was to change the type of paper, and that did work, but they weren’t willing to cover the small difference, or offer any sort of refund for the multiple reprints, over 150 miles we had to drive due to all the trips to their store, and the product being many days late.
The only thing saving them from one star was their kind and helpful...
