Always wet when it rains, slippery. Smaller station with gates always broken, taped off. And please replace the monitors. Haven't worked properly in ages. And yesterday 3/16/2024 around 3:15 pm I met the rudest accusatory Marta officer with an attitude from the hot place. Compassion lacking and soul sucking. She was saying that someone called her the b word and she went in on him. Yelling at him calling his mom a b. She said she was thinking of tasing this guy who was having issues with his MARTA pass. Who hasn't had a problem with MARTA, pass, buses, rails, Breeze APP. Marta runs late (sometimes early) not synched with buses fails to inform you when they are single track so you need to leave 2 hours early to go 5 miles instead of 1.5 hours you typically allow. Talk about inefficient. For the big girl officer with the attitude from Hades I hope she reaps what she sows. Professionalism and courtesy always. Marta should do better. This transit station is the first stop on the Westbound line of MARTA. The name has changed due to fact that the Georgia Dome no longer exists and Philips Arena is now called State Farm Arena. This is an easy commute for all who wish to go to the places it is named for. Going up the escalator you're right at State Farm Arena and to your left is the Mercedes-Benz Stadium that opened in 2017, and not too far is the GA World Congress Center and the CNN Center. Nice, huge, and well-lit at night train station that is a main stop for those going to sporting/miscellaneous events at one of the buildings in the area. Is also a convenient stop if you are wanting to go the Centennial Olympic park area and are traveling on the Blue or green lines. This station can get very crowded during sporting events so be prepared. The name of this station should really be shortened, or at least updated as the GA Dome no longer exists and Philips Arena has been renamed as...
