I’ve been here three times and had decent experiences, but this last visit was trash. Two people I’ve never seen before did my nails — both with bad attitudes. The guy doing my nails was visibly frustrated simply because I wanted the shape of my nails to be consistent instead of uneven. I could tell he was venting to the woman doing my pedicure, and suddenly she started catching an attitude too — I guess because I asked him to fix what was clearly sloppy work.

He was rushing through the service even though there were barely any customers — more staff than clients — and for good reason. I really wasn’t asking for much at all, just for my nails to be shaped correctly, which should be the bare minimum. When I was checking out, the girl who did my pedicure looked like she wanted to laugh, as if she had just gotten a message from the guy who did my nails. It was unprofessional and just confirmed I made the right decision not to come back.

The manager (or whoever’s in charge) was actually very nice and checked on me twice, but by that point, the damage was done. Now I have to get my nails fixed by someone who actually knows what they’re doing because I wanted them to look nice...

Nailed It at Sugar Polish Nail Bar!

If you're looking for a place where your nails can get a real "polish" and shine, look no further than Sugar Polish Nail Bar! I recently had the pleasure of having my nails done by the dynamic duo, Jay Nguyen and Anna, and let me tell you, they really "nailed" it!

First off, Jay took my hands and turned them into a masterpiece with his SNS dip technique. I mean, my nails went from “meh” to “magnificent” faster than you can say "manicure"! He was so skilled, I thought I was getting a secret lesson from a nail wizard.

And then there’s Anna, the gel pedicure queen! She pampered my feet like they were royalty. I walked in with my feet resembling a neglected garden, but when Anna was done, they looked like they had just taken a vacation to a tropical paradise!

So, if your nails and toes need a little TLC, don’t hesitate to swing by Sugar Polish Nail Bar. Jay and Anna are the dream team, and they’ll leave you feeling fabulous and ready to "toe-tally" conquer the world! Five stars, and I’m "dipping"...

I came here with a few friends and their services went very well (Gel + Mani/Pedi) while mine did not unfortunately. I came in to get a classic manicure (no gel, just a simple manicure) and it was horrible. I came in at 5:30pm, they took a bit to set up (which was fine), but the young man who started doing my nails was not great. He buffed my nails too much with the dremel to the point that they were hurting, and he did a terrible job with the actual painting of my nails. I had to stop him the fourth time he tried to paint the same nail because at 7:00pm, I had to leave. Someone else finished for him, and I honestly really regret having my nails done here because now I have to wait for the damage he did to my nails to grow out. I really wish I had better things to say about the service, because everyone else who was there seemed very great and the place was very clean! Just don’t get a classic manicure :(
