Very disappointed with my recent interaction with this store. We have a customer that we've already paid UPS twice to attempt to deliver a package. It has cost us at least $300 in manpower and over $100 in shipping costs.One package was returned to sender because they could not find the address, and the second we sent out as ADL to attempt to send to a UPS Store so that our technician can pick up the kit at a UPS store and then go to their other location to install our gear.
That second kit was rejected by the UPS store. I called and asked to speak to the manager to find out what might have caused that. I assumed maybe the store had their limit of the appropriate # of packages they could hold, and denied it due to capacity. I asked for the reason for rejection. He said "We proactively reject any package where we do not have explicit approval from the sender to charge our $40.00 fee per day that we charge." I asked why the fee is so high, because we typically have a $5.00 pick up fee at most locations, and pay an ADL fee up front upon ordering. They said "They're not about to go back and forth and explain their fees." I told them we'll happily use another store. They hung up on me.
Someone should look into what this store is a front for, because there's no way they're getting the average american to pay a $40.00 fee per day for typical ups packages. Read moreThis store is the worst store I have ever entered. Let’s start from the beginning, I had a very expensive item shipped from New Jersey , paid to have it picked up from this location because the item was worth more than 2,000.00. Well while checking my tracking on the item this store falsely stated I refused the item which was a lie. They stated the customer refused item, I never did. Eddie the store manager ignored me , never took my tracking number and also took an Indian lady that was behind me while I was explaining the error . I have never had this issue ever. This was my first time using this location. I had to call the 1800 number while in the store just to get help. There was three men working and none of them wanted to explain where my package was. After 5 hrs a customer investigator called me and said they can put in a request to have my package moved to a near by store . They just don’t know if the package will be found. I went back to the store and asked who owned it and the store supervisor literally said. UPS don’t own the store stupid sunchron does” I took pictures of the two cameras just in case I had to file a police report. My package was mysteriously found however the taping and box was not the original. I will be filing a police report for attempted theft . This store should be shut down and if you value what you’re shipping please use another location. I had to have my issue investigated...

I have been using this store for a while but it seems like management changed because the people that sent out my package were not the same people that I have always found at the store. Anyway, I went to send some documents urgently to a friend. The package was supposed to take about 2 days to arrive. After 2 days, the tracking number on ups was still showing that the package was never handed over to them. I called ups and they confirmed that the package was never given to them. I went back to the store and asked them. They just told me that they put all the packages in one place from where the driver can pick them up. The guy was pushing me to request for a refund, but I did not want a refund because those documents were more important than a refund. Then I remembered something that the guy who worked on me mentioned to a client who was ahead of me. He said to the client that they should keep their receipt because sometimes ups tracker can show that the package has not yet been picked up. This is when it occurred to me that these guys might be sketchy, how would you predict this? Anyway, I have lost my documents. It has been 2 weeks ever since i sent the documents.
