TL;DR: Girl at cash register is horrendous. Don’t just take my word for it - read other 1 star reviews. Their customer service needs some serious evaluation.
Speaking from a Uber Eats driver perspective, the service here is horrible. First of all, the order took over 25 minutes to finish. But that wasn’t the worst part. The order had 4 bottles of water and 1 soda so I asked them to gather those items while the sandwiches were being finished. They directed me to the girl at the cash register. This girl has a horrendous attitude. First, she couldn’t be bothered to lift a finger. I asked for a bag to hold the 4 water bottles - someone else down the line who was busy making sandwiches got the bag while the cash register girl just stood there. Then I was told to put the bottles in the bag myself and fill the soda order myself. Literally every other place I Uber Eats deliver with has the drinks ready. It is not my job to do that. Then while I’m still waiting for the sandwiches, the girl at the cash register starts relaying the story to her co-workers that I dared to ask for a bag to help carry the order, very clearly making fun of me. I was out of her sight but then I stepped into her eye line and said “I’m still here”. My saying that wasn’t enough for her to stop. She says “maybe if you had a better attitude, people wouldn’t make fun of you”. I replied saying I was just asking for them to do their jobs and when they didn’t do that, I did it myself. I’m not sure if the manager was present - there was one guy wearing a red shirt while all the other employees were wearing black. If he’s the manager, he just sat there and listened to his employees make fun of a customer. Firehouse, please consider reprimanding or even firing employees that make customers feel horrible. He’s been trying to talk to my daughter who then was 17 she kept telling him no he took her phone number from off of the employees paperwork started to call her. She blocked him, found her social media. She blocked him ever since. Found her social media. She blocked him ever since then he’s keep picking with her. He’s bothering with her well yesterday when I came to pick her up, she came That he called her the B word when I go inside, he’s irate. He’s trying to get from behind the counter to hit my daughter. He ran in her face like he was going to hit her. He ran up at me like he was going to hit me calling me and my daughter all types of names. He then sprayed me with sanitizer. He did threw two towels at me. He’s been harassing my child. He has created a very hostile environment for her to work in. I would outside called 911. The manager who name is Shay was refusing to do anything when the police came. She was refusing to unlock the door. Another employee had to unlock the door. She was refusing to tell the police what the employee Steve was. The employee ran out the back door. The police then came outside and said that manager needs to be fired. She’s very unprofessional. Don’t wanna give him any information. The police did issue a warrant out for his arrest. The general manager came up there she gave the police his first and last name because the manager Shay was not the general manager then said that he’s gonna be fired. Read moreThis place seemed to be a nice location and place to eat with my son that is going to school at Georgia Tech. Well when we got in parking lot and out of the car, the outside area, like parking lot, and side walks, and door areas to this restaurant looked like no one cares what it looks like. Trash every where. I don't think anyone sends people out to sweep up lot or side walks. All the outside trash bins were over flowing as well. Inside we didn't get a greeting and the people working seemed like they didn't care if we were there or not. We ordered pretty quick and got drinks to wait. We waited over 40 mins for our food. As we went to ask about our food they said , Oh, we thought that order was a pick up and they placed it in the pick up counter, where it sat for 20 mins . I am so unhappy with how the crew handled this, even the manager, no We are sorry or hey how about a free desert for the inconveniences. Or maybe make fresh ones. Seeing our food was now mushy. . No reimbursement for the food. I guess they didn't really care. We left not happy as this was our last day with our son for school and he wanted us to try this place and food.
