I stayed at Caesars Atlantic City for my 21st birthday and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I came expecting a nice celebration and some basic hospitality, but instead I was met with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and disappointment from the very start.
The front desk set the tone for the entire stay. When my sister and I came down to ask where we could get some water, one of the ladies at the desk treated us with an attitude that was completely unacceptable. Instead of simply giving us an answer or offering help, she responded in such a rude and dismissive way, practically making us feel stupid for asking. Her exact words were along the lines of: “If water isn’t placed in your room, then it’s not included.” For the kind of money Caesars charges per night, the very least they could do is provide a simple bottle of water. The way she spoke to us left me shocked and upset — not at all what you’d expect from a hotel that claims to be “luxury.”
On top of that, almost nothing in this hotel is complimentary. There is no free water, no breakfast, no coffee, not even free parking. Everything comes at an extra charge, and yet the service feels cheap and careless. The rooms themselves were nothing special — definitely not worth the “resort” prices they advertise.
What should have been a fun and memorable 21st birthday trip turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. Instead of enjoying my stay, I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. I’ve stayed in far less expensive hotels where the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and at least offered the basics. Caesars Atlantic City fails completely on...

Ryan at Toga Bar is hands down one of the best bartenders in Atlantic City! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome with his friendly personality and top-notch service. He’s fast, attentive, and knows how to make a great drink. Whether you're looking for a classic cocktail or something unique, Ryan’s got you covered. The atmosphere at Toga Bar is already great, but Ryan takes it to the next level. If you're in AC, definitely stop by and ask for him—you won’t be...
Read moreSat at Toga bar around 7pm. Two bartenders were there one with whit hair and another with black hair. Put in 5.00 and played. The bartender refused a drink claiming a 5.00 minimum which I met. I clearly gambled the minimum, walked away and the couple after me was given a drink right after sitting. Have a clear policy or one of the bartenders has some sort of issue. Leaving the tome stamp so managers can look into this...
