The Magic Comedy Hour featuring Magician Joe Holiday — Attraction in Atlantic City

I've seen magic shows before but this show by Joe Holiday is a league of its own! He is first and foremost an amazing magician, besides that, he is also a great story teller. His delivery of emotion as a storyteller was always on point, bringing the audience, us, with him through the stories of his grandfather's love of atlantic city, of Houdini at the steel pier, his insights of the places he's been, while working with the audience to participate with the show. Once he introduced himself, the energy remained high throughout, stories, comedy and magic, just seamlessly transitioning from one to another. Joe worked the crowd, I mean, each and every one of the crowd was able to participate from the stage, from their seats, as character voices, donor of items for the tricks, among others. His magic tricks are all impressive but to have it happen literally just before your eyes is another experience. But what impressed me most was how he ended the show by tying the whole audience in a collectively shared magical trip to Vegas. The audience left the place as friends. Laughter truly is the best medicine, and this magic comedy show delivered in every way. We walked in expecting a fun night and left completely blown away by how one man could be so funny, clever, and downright magical. I was wowed time and time again, even from the very front row!! Joe was amazing. I have been to many amazing shows incling David Copperfield and Nathon Burton in Las Vegas. Joe was a great parallel show to enjoy in Atlantic City, and he greeted each fan personally. How cool!! Catch him before he is outta here and in Vegas permanently! People need to know there is quality afternoon (and evening) entertainment. His humor was also refreshing and on point!! What a great day....
