After eating here several times in the past, and our time off is valuable to us, we went to this restaurant, looking forward to an enjoyable, relaxed dinner...we arrived 7:30 on a Sunday night, fathers day, and noticed there was a wait. We were told it will be a little while and were given menus to read while we waited....well, we waited over an hour, while watching aproximately 15-16 people leave after having their dinner. I took a look into the dining room and noticed almost half the tables were empty, at which time the host admitted they were short staffed, and about ten minutes later we were finally seated....But the story gets better. My girlfiend ordered linguini with broccoli and I ordered a burger with blue cheese , it was ordered medium. When her salad came out, she had asked for the homemade Italian dressing, but the bottle was just oil with a bunch of herbs. After finally getting the waitress s attention, she came back with another bottle which was identical to the first...by that time we realized it was lost cause. Soo, out comes the dish she ordered which was linguini, no flavor whatsoever , and covered with brocoli that was barely cooked. She managed to put some cheese on the linguini and was just unable to eat the brocoli because it was almost raw. The burger, which i ordered medium, came out well done and after several bites, i gave up trying to chew the overcooked burger and simply asked the waitress to just take it away. By now, it s past 9:30 and all we wanted was to get out of there. On the way out I saw a man and asked if he was the manager and he replied yes. I simply told him that besides the long wait to get seated, it was one of the worst meal/dining experience we can remember,. He was totally disinterested in what I had to say, no apology, no reaction, at which point we walked out. We didn't take it out on the waitress, left her a 20% tip, but clearly we can't imagine ever going back....BTW, this is the first time we found it necesary to write a review and sorry we had to write...

My 1st visit. . . willing to try it again, specifically & solely on the strength of our "trainee waitress" Samatha. Lobster Ravioli with lump crab meat- for the portion, presentation & taste, I think $27 was a little much; it was OK. The Caesar Salad seemed like it had been pre-made & refrigerated? I have no problem paying extra for anchovies or items not included with an entree or even high prices for good food & EXCELLENT service, but I definitely am not interested in returning to an establishment that offers only decent food & mediocre service. My husband's fried shrimp tasted like it came out of a Murray's Frozen cooked bag. If it wasn't for the fact that he swears by their vrab pizza (& I am a pizza freak) and our lovely waitress-in-training, Samantha it would have been my 1st & last visit. Our actual waitress (who I wont throw under the bus by revealing her name) . . .SUCKED!!!!!! Cute as a button, knowledgeable of the dishes & efficient. . . (So you're probably like that's what matters) But she was also very flippant, slightly condescending & VERY argumentative. They policy to charge an extra fee is typed out on a small card on the front bottom corner of the menu; of cpurse I didn't see it. I came for food, not an experience akin to reviewing a contract. Mind you, while waiting I found it on the credit card receipt, so I explained that initially I was confused as to why my final bill changed from $87 to $91, but that I understood & it was fine, but maybe consider disclosing it, her response was to point out that I was charged wxtra b/c I paid with a card. (Uhhhh yea, I told you that I found that myself). Repeated the suggestion nicely (since clearly she didnt get it the 1st time) and she point out that its on the menu. . . ok nm. SMDH Ask for Samantha, she's awesome & sure to do well there. Clearly new to the AC Bar & Grill but not to waitressing or EXCELLENT customer service. Look forward to returning & hopefully having a much better review to offer.😥😥😥WHEW sorry that...

The food is fine, though overpriced for the quality. The real issue here is service, communication and safety. I parked in their lot which has a person overseeing the lot, and a man (extremely nice person, just unable or unwilling to help) inside who is watching screens pointed at several spots of the lot.

I came out of our dinner to see my car had been BADLY hit and damaged and no one watching the security footage or the lot was helpful. They all told me to call Ron the owner who checks in once a day to see if he can check the footage. They gave me a business card with no number or contact information.

I left a message with Ron, never heard back. I called the company who owns the camera and they couldn’t help me but texted Ron, and I never heard back. I called the restaurant again 18 hours later and Ron answered, incredibly unprofessionally, letting me know he got my message and saw the cameras earlier that morning, but claims they weren’t visible to see the damage. He didn’t apologize for never following up, having staff in the lot overseeing anything and missing an accident, or offering any other sort of help.

I could clearly see my car on the camera so I have a hard time believing three men all conveniently did not see my car get hit on camera or in person. I also don’t understand the point of having a staff member stationed in the lot or watching the cameras if they literally cannot do anything to oversee the lot or the camera footage.

Will never return, cars are not safe here and their communication is an...
