Club Wyndham Skyline Tower — Hotel in Atlantic City

The experience was great. Very friendly a check-in. Had months before even the reservation to ask questions about the different activities they have and the activities people spend a decent amount of time on the phone with me explaining what they had and how everything worked. When I got there to check in was fast and easy. Not a fan of the elevators honestly. Prefer the old elevators. The pool was nice size but not gigantic. The hot tub was nice. The activities were fun and very reasonably priced or free. Matt, bianca, Carmen, and the other people who ran the activities were very good. They're very nice. The woman who ran the paint and sip was really good. Mel at the coffee cart was amazing. You need to promote her to manager of the coffee cart. She's come up with so many amazing drink ideas. When I tried to order something that I learned about when I went to the UK last year she knew exactly what I was trying to order and exactly how to make it. The other guy at the coffee cart was nice too. They showed a variety of movies of different genres and different ratings and I never seen so many movies in a week. The fact that they have the DVD players in the room and have the free movie rental is much better than other hotels because of other hotels you have to pay to random movie most of the time. What I was able to see three movies in between all the activities. Most of the time in Atlantic City you would just be able to go to the casinos which I did do a couple of times but due to the fact that this place offers activities for free and reasonably priced all under $10 for the ones that do cost did not have to spend the entire trip at the casino. Therefore I left being up instead of losing money at the casino because there was so much to do the casino had to be squeezed in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Truly an amazing experience.

I am writing this while my luggages are still waiting to be unpacked, just to show how much I have been craving to share my experience. My partner suprised me with reservations to this hotel for my birthday, he had been going on and on about how much I would love it, and coming from Brooklyn, NY, never would I have suspected that we would be going to Atlantic City! The hotel in itself is absolutely beautiful! We were able to ask for direction from the gentleman who works at the front about what to do with the car, I kind of dislike that we had to leave the car with everything in it, check in, go park the car and then come back to the lobby with the bags… it was kind of confusing but we handled it well and so did the staff! The ladies at the front desk were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcomed! The elevators were kind of small, 3 of them for oh so many floors but we barely had to wait for them, 2-3 minute tops! We actually loved elevator A! The room we stayed in was a one bedroom suite and the suprises were coming one after the other! We even spent 20-30 minutes looking for what this room did not have and let me be the first to say : It had everything! Every single thing you would need to cook, from drawers full of utensils to cabinets full of dining ware. From oven to hairdryer, it was an absolute dream. The layout was perfect and we joked a little seriously that we would rent it. Now the 6th floor is where all the fun is, the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel and it being 4ft (deepest) was kind of deceiving but we had a great time when we went! The arcade was nice, a great selection of games to choose from (pool table, basketball, four in a row, ping pong ) and I am glad to say that I won most although my partner would not agree!

We had an amazing time at this hotel, I was sad to leave and wanted to stay a bit more but reality was waiting back in NY. This hotel made my experience in Atlantic City very memorable and I will definitely be back but this time, for a few more days. I believe this was my 3rd or 4th visit. I previously rented the 1 bedroom suite, the 2 bedroom suite and this visit was the 1 bedroom deluxe due to having a jacuzzi tub and extra sink in the bedroom. The main bathroom could be accessed from the bedroom as well as the entryway. There is a full kitchen with everything you need including an ice maker in the freezer. We had a pretty nice view although I didn't have a view of the sunrise I could still see the ocean. There was a full view of the bay so sunset was easier to see. On this particular stay I experienced the cleanest room I've ever been in. It is the most important thing to me and made my stay super relaxing. I didn't want to leave. I had a minor issue with the toilet seat being a bit loose and off center which can be jarring in the middle of the night lol. My previous room had the same problem. Other than that I had an amazing time. On the previous visit I requested a late check out (check out time is 10AM) which was denied but I wasn't too upset. I can see from other reviews that early check-in isn't really a thing either. I feel this may be why the rooms are so clean. Housekeeping shouldn't feel rushed and at the same time expected to do a meticulous job. I'm aware that the number one complaint is about the elevator system. While I'm also not a fan I think the biggest problem is user error. It can be confusing at first and takes some getting use to but it didn't spoil anything for me. On my previous stay I had an issue which I discussed privately with the guest services manager, Yuliya. She had an excellent demeanor and was so very professional and understanding and made it right. I would encourage anyone with an issue or complaint at any hotel to stay calm and respectful and give the manager a chance to do their job. Yuliya went above and beyond to gain a customer which is super rare these days.
