My wife & I went out of the country and had our phones switched to an international plan, we weren’t able to have things switched back while traveling back and my phone stopped working properly here in Colorado… I attempted to get this done online, however after multiple attempts… things were not working so good… so I went to the AT&T store… and met Tracy.
Tracy was INCREDIBLE!! I have never had someone care so much about getting my issue fixed in 62 years. She was on the phone with customer service, she was attending to every customer coming in the store, she was AMAZING today the least. My issue required a ton of her time that she did not have to give, however, it was her insight and troubleshooting that even surpassed what the technician was focusing on as it took multiple calls.
I could not have been more impressed and appreciative of her time and ability to get everything working smoothly with my phone.

Read moreFirst of all this place is extremely hard to find. I called the supposed store number that is on Google Maps to ask where they were exactly, and after being on hold for 15 minutes and driving around in the process to try and find it on my own. Finally they answer the phone, but it's a Dallas Texas store.... really? So still no help, I finally find it. Now it's 7 minutes after 8 p.m. there are still customers and associates in the store. They see me at the door , but ignor me. After pleading to please come to the door, Paul comes to the door and says there isn't anything he can do for me . I explained that I've come from a far distance and couldn't find it and have been on hold trying to get info on where this place is. Paul didn't even give a crap to give 5 minutes of his time to look at my phone and didn't care that Verizon is right around the corner. I will seriously consider keeping my contract with these lack of any kind of customer...
Read moreI met Jessica Bayard over five years ago at the AT&T store where she was working at that time. Since then, I have followed her to every store where she has worked, any time I had concerns. This never happens unless the customer is so highly impressed and satisfied with the products but ALSO - and very importantly - with the store representative waiting on her. I have more than a few devices and all are connected to AT&T service. I am a happy customer.… Last year I met Jonathan who along with Jessica has helped with my most recent needs. My visit a few days ago was for the purpose of finding out how I could save money or cancel my service if I had to. It was wonderful to watch those two heroes of mine come up with a perfect plan. Because of all of this I am now enjoying AT&T TV along with my cell phone service for all my needs. Thank you Jessica and Jonathan! And thank you...
